   We went on their website to check out the menu and a pop-up ad appeared claiming it was taco Tuesday. We went on their social media and it claimed the same thing. When we arrived, the waitress informed us that they did not have tacos. We asked if the drink specials still applies and she claimed “no tacos, no Tuesday specials”. Gotta fix the pop-ups so people aren’t lied to.

   The restaurant is in a hotel and the door was initially difficult to find. Interior is kind of dark and gloomy and old feeling. Food was OK but not incredible. There are plenty of other places around that would be a better lunch experience. Lunch menu was reasonably priced and the food was decent but not great.

   Had no idea this was in a hotel. Staff was slow. Had to repeat things for him to confirm he understood. It was weird like he was still sleeping or high. French toast was dry. Fruit was dry. Best this was the mimosas. Luckily my business meeting was casual otherwise I would have been extremely embarrassed. Never again!! For sure never for breakfast. Even funnier for it to be in a hotel and no one was in there for breakfast says a lot. Think about it.

   Came for brunch. Waiter was awful. Never asked to refill drinks. Didn’t come by to bring check until over 40 minutes after we were done eating and managed to track him down. Food was adequate but nothing special.

   Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Menu is nothing exciting, usual pub fare. Service was competent but did not impress. Food was bland and prepared without much effort towards creativity. Ok place as a bar I imagine but not someplace I will target as an eatery. Too many other much better options in the area.

   Was in nyc from out of town, and met two NY friends for a Sunday night dinner. The restaurant was quiet, but it was Sunday. Nothing bad about the place, but nothing exceptional.

   We ordered the wings as appetizers, which looked delicious when they arrived. Unfortunately, we could tell after the first bite that the meat was spoiled. After waiting 30 minutes longer for the salads that never arrived, we left without eating. The server was very nice, apologized profusely, and we could tell he was genuinely sorry for the mishaps.

   Trivia night on Wednesday is ongoing. A bit noisy, hard to hear our conversation but clean and organized.

   We did not know this was a hotel bar, kind of bummed...As we had to walk through the lobby. Also, lunch there on the weekend is limited to a brunch menu, which is dumb because the website was not clear on that. Not everybody wants brunch at 2 PM on a Saturday.
