The Black Grape is one of my favourite places in Edinburgh. The food is superb, perfect portions for sharing and amazing flavours. Love their wine lists with interesting options and the Staff are always incredibly helpful, and enthusiastic. Great location as well. I have coeliac disease, so am gluten free, and have been multiple times. Every time I am well taken care of and they are lovely enough to mark up a menu and chat you through options. They understand cross contamination and always make sure the food is safe. I've never had a bad reaction.

Visited here multiple times, spent thousands. Portion sizes have become unbelievably small. The dips are basically one tablespoon and some seeds for £11 - shrinkflation! 2 vegetarians in our group so there’s very limited options, every person left hungry. Service was also bare bones. Will never go back.
