Overall I enjoyed my experience. The ambiance was nice and the restaurant facilities were clean. The server was very nice, polite, and professional. The quality of food was good but was over priced. I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years from dishwasher to district manager. I would recommend this restaurant to others but warn the about the prices. I don’t mind dropping 300 dollars on a meal but expect the food quality to be better.

Very overpriced ! The $18 salad was delicious but very small The soup was delicious it was served warm They served broccolini with my short ribs it was awful !!! The wine was delicious our waitress Katie was friendly , chatty , very unhappy with the way the iron blossom treats the employees ! I didn’t mind I understood her complaints . We were celebrating a birthday 🎂 Overall not worth $200 !!!

The service was exceptional. The food was amazing. The overall value was very good. It’s a shame The Lodge/Bistro doesn’t offer any take out or room service.

Made a reservation for dinner for the following day. Evening slots booked so took the 815. Get there 5 minutes before and told they're running late would you like to instead be seated in the lounge. OK. Lounge is next to the bar. Blaring over head lights. No ambiance. Finished dinner a little after 9pm (mind you Not because we're slow eaters). Tried to order a dessert but the chosen dessert became non-available at 9PM! Mind you it was maybe 10 after. The waitress didn't tell us there was a time constraint on ordering said dessert. Poor tardy service all around. Can't really recommend the place.

Best meal we've had in Snowbird this year! Bavette steak and braised short ribs were cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Jim provided excellent service.

Our food took over 75 minutes to arrive. We asked the waitress for an update about 45 minutes into our order and without any explanation, she said our food was being plated at that moment. 15minutes later and still no food, she brought us 3 thin slices of bread to thank us for our patience. When we asked again, 15 minutes later, the manager came to our table and with zero apologies she stated that she’s aware that we are upset and that we are next in line for the kitchen to make our food!!!! That is absolutely unacceptable! Food ended up being ok - nothing special. Absolutely not worth waiting for! Have been coming to snowbird for 20+ years - so disappointing. Will certainly not make it back to the Lodge Bistro.

The food was too salty. Thought I would need a diuretic. The steak was over cooked and was not the cut of meat as advertised. The asparagus was fibrous and inedible. Very disappointed.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable evening at The Bistro with exceptional food quality and portions. The waiter was efficient, personable and attentive and we had one of our most memorable dinner's out in Snowbird. Very, very much recommended! Thank you!
