   The Shepard's pie was very nice! I would order it again. It was a small portion and would need something along with it if you want a filling meal.

   We’ve stayed at courtyard by marriott and eaten there several times so although we weren’t staying we knew it would be good. Feel we could have been offered a better seat, maybe at window as not busy. Food and wine very nice and lovely touch that chef came out to ask how everything was. Luckily we were almost ready to leave when very noisy young group arrived! When paying bill at till I was shown total and had to ask if this included tip (this has happened several times and I feel should be pointed out to customers as we have previously paid a tip on top of the service charge!) All in all a nice meal though, thanks

   Wrong food delivered to us which was meant for another table. Couldn't figure out the bill with the drinks offer. Guy on the bar made an effort. Can't remember his name. Too many staff not personalised enough.

   The service in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The member of staff, Mia, was extremely polite, helpful and attentive. I was staying with my elderly parents on 9th March, ahead of a flight to Tenerife the next day. The experience in the restaurant was fantastic and Mia was a credit to the hotel. We will certainly stay again on our next journey I will recommend the hotel to others.

   Late lunch in a quiet v pleasant restaurant. V convenient for Glasgow Airport but poorly signposted if you are walking as on the other side of a major road. The sea bass with tomato sauce and mussels was lovely but needed something to mop up the sauce. Asked for some bread and was given 2 slices from a shop bought white loaf!

   Slowest service. Food came out at different times with huge gap waiting for remaining meals. Small portions. No apologies from staff for forgetting one member of the groups meal. Very expensive puddings which were very small.

   The food itself tasted lovely but we arrived at 8pm made our order and didn't our main until 9pm. We ordered no starters, our order was lost and we were only offered two slices each of complimentary bread and butter after we requested. After such a substantial delay, I feel we should have received either a discount on our meal or been offered something on the house. The manner of our waiter was very friendly and sincerely apologetic of the mistake and once the food arrived it was very good but it was a very significant delay.

   Nice spot for dinner at GLA. Friendly staff. Menu ok too. However, the service was comical and nothing that cannot be fixed with some training - NOTE TO MANAGEMENT. We could have been invisible (not just us - the lady on the next table fetched her own drink from the counter). We fetched our own menus, drinks, nobody was watching the room for guest needs. When desert was served our dinner plates had still not been removed… and remained on the table as we ate desert. Failed to get the attention of staff for bill - busy resetting tables. Lovely staff - BASIC waiting (pun intended) training required.

    Could not believe that a bar had a wine list and choice of malts and gins but did not have at least 1 brandy. Also staff training didn’t know what brandy was!!! Steak asked for medium was well done friend asked for rare was medium Staff really friendly and could not be more helpful
