   I love all your establishments and have for 16 years. And I’ve never leave complaints, ever. This is a suggestion. I had the pork chop and sautés greens last night. The chop was great however the chop and greens were excessively salted. Personally, I believe salt should enhance and it should not go beyond the tastable threshold but, of course that highly subjective. It is a personal preference, of course. In this case it was very salty, as was my daughters sautés greens. (Her meatloaf was great). Perhaps when it comes to meat and vegetables (not cooked up dishes on which salting through stages is required) it might be best to go very lightly and let the customer bring it up to their own desirable level. I write this with trepidation because I never want to be considered a whiney customer. Always a happy customer. Thanks! Tim Rieser

   Went there on the last night of 4. If I went on the first I would have gone there all four. Quail and Venison were perfect. Others had Roasted chicken and Grouper. They loved it. Table next to us had the Wednesday fried chicken special. It looked fantastic. Don’t miss this place.

   Such fantastic service. We stopped in for our Anniversary/my Birthday dinner and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel pampered. My husband is a chef and I’m a former restaurant manager so those little details don’t go without notice and mean the world. Thanks for making our celebration so special!

   It was a busy Saturday night but we felt alittle neglected. The food portions were tiny. Our Medium steak came out very rare. When the food came back the sautéed mushrooms were gone. The 8 ounce filet looked closer to 6 Oz. Overall we were just alittle disappointed given the high cost.

   I was visiting my former hometown & we decided to have a late lunch at The Bistro. Even though we arrived just shortly before the kitchen was to close until the dinner seating, we were seated at a lovely table. Our server was helpful and attentive and did not rush us to finish our delicious meal. We lingered long after the kitchen had closed the lunch service, but continued to receive friendly service after our server had gone for the day. The food at The Bistro is always impeccable and beautifully presented by charming and efficient servers. I look forward to dining here again on my next trip.

    Simply excellent food with exceptional service. Very friendly staff. Did not expect such fine dining with top restaurant service in Jackson, Wyoming but there it was. Will surely return the next time when skiing at Jackson Hole.

    This was a Friday night out with my husband. Just the two of us. We were seated between two tables, one with three children and the other with five. They were so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation. Next time I book, I will ask for the adult room.

    Great spot for dinner and/or drinks. Very good food and wine. Great ambiance in the restaurant and the adjacent lounge areas. Sceney spot that I'd definitely recommend.

    The food was fantastic. Great wine list. Wonderful friendly service. One criticism… our seating was 19:00 and they weren’t turning the tables after. Yet, our food was rushed out. Too buried for such a fine dining establishment.

    Food was amazing - highly recommend the escargot, mussels and the Friday night scallop special. Service was really nice, friendly and a good balance of checking in but not nagging. He recommended a great entree for kids and all of the items we tried too.

    The atmosphere, the food, and the service was fantastic! I am a vegetarian and there were nice choices on the menu! I chose the Mac n cheese, it did not disappoint! Sea salt Carmel cheesecake another home run! Definitely we will be back

    By far our favor restaurant in Jackson Hole. The newish location fits more appropriately the quality and creativity of the food. The ricotta pillows with pomegranate was epic original and fresh. Venison was out of this world. I make a mean coq au vin but the Bistro created a succulent, rich dish that makes mine a non-contender — so wonderful!!! Our waiter was terrific and the wine list lovely!!! Still our favorite!!!

    Made reservations, arrived and place was closed. Drove an hour to find out. Try disabling open table next time.you guys are closed. A little effort on a high end restaurant would have been expected.
