   My husband and I were disappointed in small portion sizes and overall food quality. The sole was overcooked, the asparagus was charred on one side and the flavor didn't wow us. Our experience will not have us returning. The staff was wonderful and attentive so we enjoyed their service throughout the evening, but the price tag for food quality will not warrant a return trip.

   One of the best dining experiences in Jackson Hole with an inspired menu including huckleberry cheesecake (despite the uninspired name that serves the purpose of keeping the crowds away). Excellent service, fine bartenders, and inspired fare.

   Food was impeccable as was the service. Noise level varied with the time. Moules were well presented as was the bison tenderloin. White chocolate raspberry mousse was surprisingly good, well balanced sweet and fresh raspberries bedazzled the sweet. No complaints from us. Price? One needs to expect to pay more these days. It was a very nice, well presented dinner.

   Our experience was very poor over all. The onion soups were barely warm and had to be sent back. The mussels were not hot and there was very little sauce. The fish was not fresh tasting and was very small- strange combination of mashed potatoes on top of sliced potatoes. The salad was dripping w dressing and I didn’t eat it. After everything had come barely warm, we got coffee that was not hot!! They did comp 2 soups and the mussels which was nice. The server was very nice as well. Overall, the only thing we liked was the meatloaf. We won’t be back anytime soon. For the cost of the Cloudveil, they should have an excellent restaurant .

    One of my favorite places to eat. Usually service is great, but last night it was rather slow. I think the waitress was new. Favorite things are tuna appetizer, fried chicken

    Our server- Hailey- was fantastic! The whole service team was amazing. They even put my family's dinners back under the warming lamps when they were pulled away right as the food was served- definitely went above and beyond. The downsides were that the tables were extremely close together. They are not "spacing people out" any longer. We felt like we were intruding on the couple next to us, and it was as if we were sitting at the same table with strangers. It was really difficult to have a conversation amongst ourselves as the tables were so close and the noise level was VERY loud. Definitely NOT a quiet/intimate restaurant. 'Food was fantastic and cooked perfectly.

    The Bistro has a unique and well rounded menu with quality seafood (hard to find in the Jackson area). It reminds me of a bar or restaurant in an east coast city, definitely an elevated experience compared to most local places. Highly recommend the tuna tartare appetizer and any of their cocktails!

    Service was excellent. Vibe was energetic. Food was so so. Escargot not served bubbling hot. Bread was too crusty to dip in escargot butter. Who likes snails? It's the butter sopping that we all like. Sugar glaze on creme brulee was as hard as tempered glass, not prepared in the classic manner. Kitchen needs some quality control.

    The food was excellent, and the service was very good. However, the noise level was intolerable. Tables are extremely crowded. The long narrow layout and apparent lack of any sound dampening design features make for a sort of echo chamber. And some of the patrons were incredibly loud mouthed. It was impossible to carry on a conversation at dinner, and difficult even to order. This was not “energetic”, but college bar loud.

    The Oysters are always fresh with good variety. 3 out of 4 had the Lamb Chops and loved them. Bright ambiance with a bistro feel.

    Great food and service amongst a big crowded dining room. I did not like the man bun man wandering around with his iPad for the entire time we were there apparently tracking tables.. The host(s) and waiters can do that with their pads. It was unprofessional and distracting. It’s not happened before, and I hope it doesn’t happen again.

    I am local and my second time at Bistro and the food is not outstanding. This time my steak and fries were cold. Potatoes undercooked. Service was excellent.

    I want to love The Bistro but every time I’ve been it’s so inconsistent. One persons meal will be great and then another will be terrible. Maybe they need to condense their menu so that there’s not so many things to focus on.

    We had a great meal and David’s service was outstanding and friendly. Very pleasant evening. Only negative was it was a bit noisy because of a large party but everyone was there to have a good time, so it was fine. Was a energetic environment.

    We were seated quickly. Then the issues started. The waitress had 6 tables to service. Not sure what happened but the wrong orders came to our table. Any way, management saw what was happening and they became our servers and were kind enough not to charge us for the meal. Stuff happens and we were getting a little annoyed waiting for our meal. But once we were on the right track, the evening was great. The food was very good! I would recommend giving Bistro a try.
