My husband and I have been to La Belle many times for dinner and always enjoy our experience. This time we brought family from out of state that have never been. They loved their meal, the ambience and everything about La Belle. They want to go back next time they visit. Our waitress was wonderful. I with that I had gotten her name.

Food seemed to be reheated. I had the pasta which was stuck together in big clumps like it had been sitting in a pot for a good while. Same with the lobster which was chewy, not fresh. Overall expensive for the quality.

My siblings and I met at the winery while we celebrated our Christmas together. We didn’t know what to expect, and were pleasantly surprised with the surroundings. The staff was great and the food and drinks were delicious. We will be back again.

Disappointing dinner! Not worth the trip over. The Beef and Blue Fondue was NOT a Fondue, the Duck was "raw", not rare, the Plantain Puree was not a puree, and the Chocolate Decadence was lacking a primary ingredient...the mixed berries! And when we told our server of the missing ingredients, he shrugged it off and just said "I guess we have to update our menu" and walked away. Over-priced, under-prepared and presented, and the service was slow; more than likely under-staffed. Will not go back.

I’ve been to LaBelle many times and always had good service. This time was different. The first time our waitress ignored us for 20 minutes she apologized, the manager bought our glasses of wine, and all was forgiven. By the third time, we were not so forgiving. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for dessert, which was just a slice of cake, and finishing the coffee we ordered to go with it long before, we left. The manager graciously picked up our tab. Our waitress was given tables in two different sections of the restaurant, which likely contributed to the poor service.

I had the short ribs w pappardelle and it was delicious. Seriously. The portion was almost obscenely large. I was hungry but only ate 1/3 of it. We tried to split the carrot cake but didn’t like it. The cake was stale and the frosting was weird. We sent it back and the waitress took it off the bill.

Food and service was very good but the restaurant was extremely noisy, we struggled to hear ourselves at our table or to hear our server. Nicole, our server was very good and handled the situation well when an other server took one of our meals to another table and we had to wait a bit too long for that meal to arrive. Restaurant was not quite what we were expecting.

We absolutely loved our evening here. Our server was a pro, she really made my graduation dinner special. We had French onion soup, poutine, and steak fritz all absolutely wonderful. Lovely atmosphere, would happily return.

The Bistro at LaBelle Winery, Amherst always has consistently great food and unique, delicious options for everyone. But what's standout at LaBelle is their customer service. I have had a few interactions with staff in all areas and every interaction has been prompt, beyond courteous and so welcome in a world where customer service seems to lag now. LaBelle is a standout in food, drink, event offerings, but especially the level of service their staff exudes. We will be back again and again!

My wife found you online and saw that you were only 16 miles from my Moms house so we decided to drive up from RI and take Mom there for her 93rd birthday! We had a 1:30 reservation and sat in the side room overlooking the wine tanks which was great brunch was delicious and the complementary wine was a nice touch Aiden our server was excellent and very professional and brought desert with a candle which prompted the whole dining room to sing Happy Birthday to Mom which she loved! I want to like Labelle - but everytime we give it a shot, we’re disappointed and leave frustrated that we spent the amount of money we did. 4 of us went last evening, and two meals were incredibly bland and flavorless (short rib pappardelle and mushroom risotto). The short rib in the pasta was also diced up chunks of beet and not the tender braised short rib one would expect in a dish like pasta. The carrot cake was barely what I’d consider carrot cake. More like rum raisin? It was dense and dry, nonetheless. $400 bill and most of us left hungry. Bummer. Big compliments to our server though - she was adorable.

Came in very loud which is a good thing guests are having a great time. Hostess greeted us promptly took us to our table. Our salads very delicious as was our appetizer. A suggestion would be to mount on the ceiling some sound deadening panels readily available for resturants,not a lot of $$$.

Six of us met for lunch and had a very enjoyable time. When the food came, the house fries were far from hot, but our server made sure that when he returned with more fries they were very hot and excellent. We will return! Everything was delicious and his service was fantastic.

We brought my parents here for lunch, because we booked LaBelle Amherst for our wedding venue, and we all wanted to try to food! I could not say enough good things. The food was great and service was amazing. Would absolutely recommend making a reservation because the place was packed, and for good reason!!

I picked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary and wen with the romantic add-on which was totally worth it. My wife was so happy when she saw our table all setup with rose petals and champagne. It was everything I expected and more. Needless to say the rest of the meal was excellent and service was good as well. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

Food was very good, as was the service, but we got there and there was no table. Well, there was but it was reserved for someone else - very sketchy! We had to sit out on the patio - fortunately it was a warm evening, but in the future I will call instead of relying on Open Table.

It was my first time at this winery/restaurant and it was fabulous. We were there for brunch and I ordered an avocado toast with egg and a spicy sauce, and it was probably one of the best I’ve had ever. a beautiful location, and they have a really wonderful event room.
