Amazing meal. Highly reccomend the 12oz Alberta beef strip. Drinks were amazing too. Would definitely go back!

Our experience to celebrate of anniversary was made especially awesome because of the outstanding service we received from Guillaume and Steve. As always food is exceptional at The Bison, but the service you receive here makes this establishment truly unique. So well done boys you made our evening so special!!

Excellent, attentive, informative service. Vey knowledgeable on wine and recommendations. Had the perfect table-for-two right by the window. Such a gorgeous setting. And the food! Every item was perfectly prepared and delicious. Delightful evening. Thank you!

We weren’t able to ear ourself talk and the waitress. The food was good but there was way to much spice on it our bison.

Food was excellent! servers are very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. Bison short rib and pork was super nice definitely one of the nicest meal I had. Steven also did an excellent job looking after us.
