A little bit about The Bird Southern Table & Bar

The Bird Southern Table & Bar is a dedication to farm-fresh ingredients, classic American cooking, culture and hospitality. It’s a tribute to the importance of sharing a meal, a celebration of the ingredients and craft that go into its preparation, and a humble ‘thanks’ for everything that American cuisine has to offer.

Must-try menu items include Shrimp ‘n’ Grits, Fresh Premium Cold Water Oysters, Skillet Seared Snapper, Wagyu Sirloin Steak and our signature 100-year-old family recipe Lewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken. Head to the alfresco bar on the second floor overlooking Marina Bay, and be spoiled for choice with hand-crafted cocktails such as the Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade and Watermelon Sling.

    The fried chicken was outstanding and I am not a big fried chicken fan. The Açai bowl for a starter was perfect for two to share. Be sure to have a reservation for weekend brunch

    I was expecting a very adverage dining experience because it is a small chain resturant. I was pleasantly suprised by the wuality of all the dishes we tried. The infused whiskey flight was a wonderful experience. Also the specialty chicken and waffles dish has nice spin on a classic american fare. I will definitetly eat here again.

    Found this place last week, ate there again this week. It's *really* good. I've tried both their brunch and dinner menus, and sampled the cocktails. Do try the infused bourbons - they are amazing.

    Wouldn’t recommend this place. Totally not worth the $. Even the ambience and service does not make up for the menu.

    The restaurant was all right, what was disappointing is that the first picture on Opentable shows a roof top bar, which they don’t have. So it seems that you’ll be on floor 57 of the Marina Bay Sands, but in reality you are sitting on floor 2 in the mall with no view.
