My first visit and the food was nicely flavored but a few things were amiss. Catfish was used instead of grouper in the Cioppino dish and the quinoa curry bowl had no quinoa. We were a large group 6, and waitress was interested in job. A birthday was noted on the reservation but it was never acknowledged.

Ordered the baked Grouper with a side salad and clam chowder (extra $2). Steep price for a very small piece of grouper, tiny salad and small cup of chowder (about $29). The food quality was very good (not fishy at all), but the prices are a bit high for the small portions on the plate (i.e., a real size dinner salad would be nice). Restaurant is very cute, great service and fun music. They just need work on the menu a bit and offer some other fish options (other than fried fish & chips) that aren't so expensive.

The fresh seafood was good, however the side items were cold or had been made well in advance and were not fresh.

The setting is very nice. Enjoyed the bar and live music.

We went New Years Eve, the service was fair, the meals were cold and had to be sent back, maybe because of being New Years Eve and short on servers.
We would give it another try.

The food was not worth the money. I ordered the lobster roll the lobster was over cooked. My husband ordered the fish and chips and the fish was so greasy he couldn’t eat it. We were there on a date but ended up being beside a large party so we couldn’t even talk. I will never eat here again needless to say 75.00 later we left hungry.

This was my 4th and most likely last visit here. I had one great lobster roll months back so I keep trying to duplicate that experience but we’ve had 3 lackluster meals since. I love the look of the outside and the weekend vibe but the food is inconsistent and expensive. This time, four of us had “mediocre at best” meals. Our appetizer, lobster egg rolls, tasted totally fishy. Lobster never tastes fishy. Weird. My fish tacos would’ve been good if there had been more than two small fish nuggets in each but they were all slaw. The seafood curry was so over the top sweet that we ended up taking that home and ultimately dumping it. My son’s grouper sandwich was good but his hush puppies were completely burnt. My Basil 8 cocktail was small but quite refreshing. At $122 for a blah meal, however, we’ll go elsewhere on Canton Street.

Great service, nice ambiance. Tried their clam and corn chowder which was delicious!! Had the grilled shrimp and scallops and my friend had the fish and chips. Nice wine choices. Valet parking on such a busy street was a great option. All in all nice restaurant.
