Second time there. Not much ambiance, but the food was great the first visit. Since then, there has been a chef change. We went specifically for the prime rib. I called the restaurant twice and left a message to confirm that they still serve it on Saturday nights. No one called back, so I called the front desk the day before our reservation and was assured that it was a regular item. When we got there we were told it had been discontinued. The two entrees we ordered were fine, but the crabcake appetizer was completely different from the last time, and the beets and burratta were inedible. The desserts would have been great if they weren't covered in additional sauces that were not part of the description and ruined the flavor profile. Who pours caramel over a classic carrot cake with cream cheese frosting? Our server was great and did everything she could to make things right. Won't go back.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The silverware had hardened food on it, and I had to request clean utensils. The restaurant does not accept cash, which could be inconvenient for some diners. The live band, while a nice touch, was placed off to the side, making it difficult to see or fully enjoy the performance. I also felt the lighting was too bright—dimmer lighting would have created a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The food was average, which might be expected at a hotel restaurant, but overall, the experience didn’t leave a strong impression. I wouldn’t return.

It has changed a lot in the last 2 years. Now it’s paper menus, bright lights in the dining room, reduced food quality, bar drink quality was not great. Absurdly overpriced for the quality and ambiance. Very much turned into an overpriced hotel restaurant. There was only one one server for the whole dining room so the service was basic and we felt like very time we asked for something it was a burden. Also the dining room was loud and everyone was dressed very casual so there’s no elegance left. We won’t be back, which is a shame cause we used to love this place. Real bummer what’s happened to it.

Our server, Eric, could not have been more accommodating for my fiancé’s Birthday brunch. The Pork Belly Eggs Benedict is the bomb! Superb!

Staff were very polite but everything took too long, things were forgotten and some just never turned up. Not the best

Food was cold, service was up and down. They often forgot about us at our table, and forgot simple items (silverware, water, etc). Also, the guys at valet were very nice. However, the parking was a mess. There was no way for the cars to get in and out. Management cared more about stuffing cars in the parking lot rather than the process of retrieving your vehicle.
