    Everything about this restaurant was amazing. We tried a variety of things from the menu, soups, steak, seafood, and pasta. Every bite was delicious. Our server, Madison was great. I'm sorry we didn't try Benchmark sooner.

    Excellent meal, great service. Comfortable seating. Quite busy but we never were wanting for anything, would certainly recommend for a business meal or casual dinning with friends. Good atmosphere and well presented. Will definitely be back.

    Everything and everybody were excellent. Server was excellent and top of everything. Only downside was manager ask how things were when a steak was sent back(not done enough), she ask if she could bring us a drink, while we wait. We assumed, on the house, but got charged. Also disappointed a charge on bill to use credit card at such a high end restaurant. Still had a great meal and excellent server. Would recommend restaurant.

    I had a 10 oz prime fillet. I asked it to be cooked medium well I came back it was medium rare they sent it back and it was a little bit more cooked but it was still not medium well with slight pink in the middle not too happy for paying $82 for the steak and you guys can even cook it correctly. feel free to reach out to me for compensation. 5867011534

    it was only okay. Our server was good untill our surprise guest showed up then he disappeared and other servers were taking care of us it was my birthday and me and my mom went out to have a good night and he should not have disappeared when our surprise guest got there it was very rude and very upsetting to be treated this way at a restaurant we spend time at for a birthday.

    This is my third experience at Benchmark in Perrysburg and previously have always had really positive experiences. However, this experience while the food was good I was disappointed with the size of my dessert which was the chocolate cake. The size can be best described as a sliver of a cake. I was in disbelief after always getting quality size portion of desserts that this was the appropriate amount. Also, one of the member’s in our party ordered the 10 oz bone-in filet special and received the 10 oz without bone. Again while the food is great and food portion is generally good, this experience was lacking compared to previous visits.

    First time back since the reopened. Food and service were great. We split a Wedge Salad, 8 oz Filet, Fries, and Fried Cauliflower. We enjoy Benchmark very much and it is our go to place for Steak in the Toledo Area.

    Nick was our (my wife and I) sever for the night. He was very attentive and made some great suggestions for our meal (my lamb chops, specifically).

    The service here is without a doubt one of the best in the area. Our server Cassandra was so wonderful and sweet and made my birthday dinner fantastic! The mocktails and appetizers were phenomenal and my steak was cooked perfectly. My husband said his meal tasted a little bland, but mine was all delicious. Will definitely be back!

    Our waitress Casandra was so great. She let us take our time, she was very thorough about explaining the menu and just wonderful over all. I would seriously reconsider going there if she wasn’t our waitress. I’m partially joking as I’m sure everyone there is great. The food was full of flavor and we loved that we could divide dishes without any issues. And, we were refreshed with new silverware after every course. My favorite place to eat used to be The Blue Water Grill, but no more. Now if you would only have Oysters Rockefeller…

    We have come here many times, this time was different, the server was hard to find and slow checking on us. The food was just ok, and for the prices you are paying here the food better be out of this world. The appetizers were less than desirable, main order was messed up and the steaks were a little over cooked.

    Perhaps it's just me, but I prefer a cozy, vintage feel in high end restaurants since you're paying much for the experience as well. Even a high quality, modern feel would have been appreciated, but the set up is very open and industrial with average quality seating. I had their 40 day dry aged bone in wagu, which was a first for me. I'm not sure what my expectations should be for that cut, but I found it to be very chewy and grizzly aside from the center. Our server was absolutely phenomenal as well as the support staff; our glasses were never left empty. Perhaps I'd give it another try, but it's definitely not my favorite steakhouse.

    We've been to both Claudes and Benchmark. In our most recent trip to both (about a week apart) the food was better at Claudes. But the service was better at Benchmark. Popovers were overcooked at benchmark. Their CO2 was out. My steak was requested with peppercorn crust but they did not crust it. All the food was warm but not hot. And the kitchen was a little slow as you could tell there was a large party delaying the rest of the restaurant. Again our waiter was much better at Benchmark once he was able to step away from the large party to attend to our reservation. Will return but for a $500 tab for 4 it was just an average experience not quite what you'd expect at that price point.

    Food was good, but very pricey. The noise level was insane. Hard to even have a conversation. The server was excellent. We had requested a table for 3 in a quiet area. We were shown to a table in the corner where the wall juts out. It was ridiculous. We refused to sit there. Our tab ended up at $500 for three people and Benchmark wanted to cram us into an opening in the wall. The person seating us told us that the table they reserved for us was usually for two people. So, shame on you!
