Great atmosphere and delicious food. One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Illinois. Highly recommended.
Fell in love with the staff, style, and food. Was in Chicago for 5 days and ate at Bellemore 3 times. Best foie gras dish I’ve ever eaten.
It was our first time and it won’t be the last. The food and service was outstanding. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Bellemore was the perfect place.
Beautiful place, prefect for a date! The food wasn't my favorite of the Boka group, I would say it's OKAY. I would comeback for drinks with friends or family, but not exactly for the food.
Kelly was our fantastic server! So knowledgeable about the undertones of flavors in their dishes! Each dish did not disappoint!!! I am very picky when eating out and Bellemore Hit it Out of the Park! Can not wait to return!!!
Great food and great atmosphere.
Great food, but you really pay for it. Maybe a date night spot, but I won’t be running back. The space is beautiful!
We loved this restaurant. Great ambiance. Not too loud like so many places now. Food was excellent and in good portions so we could have 4 courses. Service was excellent.
Delicious loved the octopus and the suckling pig!
Great restaurant for the ambience.
Portions are too small.
Do not expect to feel full unless you are ready to pay up.
Our server made some great recommendations. Our group of 4 split the Hawaiian rolls, ordered 3 pasta dishes and we each had our own main dish. We also split a dessert. It was plenty of food. It may have been a bit too much food but it was so amazing. We will definitely be going back.
Very good food
Small portions for the $
this was a spectacular dining experience. BEST of the Boka group! cheers to Chef Papadapolous. Best think i've ever eaten in my life was on that menu!!! The Shaved Foie Gras
Great food, great staff and great decor. And great wine.
This was our last night in Chicago (visiting from UK and Dubai with friends for a wedding anniversary) and we wanted to finish our trip in style which we certainly did
We had great food all trip but this was something special at very reasonable prices in a beautiful setting with great understated service
Amazingly inventive food and our server Alexis was charming and attentive.
The service, food, and ambiance was wonderful, delightful, elegant and friendly. We celebrated college graduation and Mother's Day. The service was both attentive and unobtrusive. They accommodated meat eaters and vegan preferences - all absolutely special and delicious.
The food was very imaginative and tasty , Yet there are a ton of higher end "shared plate" type places in Chicago. I will give this high marks for tasty food , but when my 89 yo Dad who weighs in at 155 lb says I am still hungry on the way home ....well that says alot of the overall value .....He got the cod full entree and it looked good , but he would not let me taste ,because he could not spare a taste
had a wonderful experience at bellemore. We enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu and added the oyster pie to the meal. Would for sure recommend to try.
Mother’s Day tasting menu. Was fabulous. I did not know what I was eating sometimes but it was delicious. The duck was so good and the halibut was so good. My son knew our servers and that made our experience extra special. The restaurant is also very sexy. Many beautiful staff dressed very cute and cool. Just loved it
I took my family to Bellemore for Mother's Day. Everyone absolutely loved it. The food was outstanding, as was the service. This was only my second visit, and I will definitely return!
Excellent and well prepared. Very vibrant and interesting decor. Great service. Well worth a visit and will go back.
Starting with our salads, which were nicely arranged, but had far too much dressing on it. The fish (salmon) was almost sushi which I enjoy very much but having been previously frozen, it should have been cooked to medium rare. ....not good. The atmosphere is good and the service was good but the food did not live up to expectations.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Bellemore and it was fantastic. We brought our own bottle of wine which was decanted upon arrival. Two glasses of bubbles and a card signed by the staff were brought to us after we were seated (we had noted it was our anniversary on Open Table) – such a nice touch! We ordered the Oyster Pie to start and it was truly an experience; apparently it's the reason Bellemore exists and you don't want to pass it up. Like the menu, the interior was expertly designed. I could have spent many more hours in this space! Overall, our experience was incredible and I would recommend it time and time again.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently, everything was phenomenal from the first cocktail to dessert. Service was impeccable as well.
This was our second time at Bellemore. I can’t get over the quality and creativity of the food. Comparable to the highest rated foodie restaurants in town at a lower price. I expect Michelin stars at next review.
We had the tasting menu with drink pairings ...an amazing dinner. Our server was perfect. He was personable and not stuffy. Everything was beyond expectations. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Great tasting food with exceptional service! We shared 6 items and my favorite was the pasta with snails.
We celebrated a birthday at Bellemore, and had a wonderful meal. A few of the menu items were truly outstanding (notably, the fois gras and the pasta, which was a seasonal dish made with ramps). The service was attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very attractive. We will definitely return.
Amazing. Wonderful space, incredible service, fantastic tasting menu.
Great ambiance! Drinks were spirit forward and intriguing. Hoping for a more veggie friendly menu.
Beautiful interiors, creative menu, delicious courses. But front of the house missteps detracted from the overall experience. An affected staff with attitude takes the shine off a potentially great meal.
We did the tasting. It was OK but just not all that great. We have been to BOKA several times and really thought the tasting there was better. We did the pairing and were also disappointed with some of the selections. We made it clear that we enjoyed red and would be happy to have had more red wines. One really strange pairing was a sparkling rose with a pork dish.
We dined at several Michelin starred restaurants and Bellemore was by far the most fun and best food overall. Great wine list and fun staff. Love the decor.
Loved Bellemore. Great ambiance and attitude. Awesome food. A great experience.
Real good food and wine pairing was good
Not worth it. Price doesn’t come close to the quality of the food. NOT impressed.
Dining at Bellemore is an exceptional experience where everything works in harmony- the food, the design and the service. It's a remarkable addition to Chicago's vibrant food scene but is completely distinctive versus anything else. Perfect for a date, a business dinner or just a drink at the bar.
We enjoyed everything about the experience but must add that the service was truly exceptional. We will return and highly recommend for others.
Steve was our server, very professional and attentive. Delicious grilled octopus! This deserves to have the option for a larger/share portion as 3 of us shared a couple of things
Angus steak - absolutely perfect and perfect complements too. The bonus was to be seated next to a fun anniversary couple who shared all their fun Chicago tips and then shared their dessert! Will recommend Bellemore!
