Second time I've had lunch at Bellemore, and will be back. The food is outstanding, as is the environment and staff. Love having a great spot in this part of the city.

Tasting menu with wine pairings excellent and reasonable.
Most of our food was excellent. Service was very very good. Halibut was so so - kind of like a salad atop a lukewarm piece of fish. Loved venison tartar, veal sweetbreads, and cocktails.
Everything was wonderful!! Service terrific and the food was outstanding!!

We tried the chef's tasting menu and everything was amazing!! They even personalized our experience by having a birthday card signed by the entire staff for my friend. Kyle, our server, went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of at the table. Definitely, will go back again!
The decor and ambiance is excellent to match the food. Definitely should check this restaurant out, I'll be back.

Delicious dinner at Bellemore restaurant in Chicago. Opened November 2017 it was named “best new restaurant in US and best chef under 30” Oyster pie with whole oz of osetra caviar was orgazmic!!! And shaved foie gras , octopus and roasted duck were very lovely. Cherry coconut mousse was the perfect ending to the meal.
I loved the Bellemore and look forward to going back. It's so chic and beautiful. Unfortunately, I have mention, two of my friends were terribly rude to the waitstaff, and because of that, I felt mortified during the entire dinner. The restaurant went out of their way, though, to accommodate all of my friends' many "needs." Our servers, the manager—and even Chef Papadopoulos himself—were all professional and patient with our table, even as I sunk down in my chair in embarrassment. Every dish served was phenomenal, and my cocktail was truly original and delicious (a melon nori daiquiri).
Simply outstanding! The food - Kona Kampachi, grilled octopus, BBQ sweetbreads, aged duck and pork - was fantastic and on par with the far better restaurants in the city, as were the cocktails -- this is not your father's Manhattan. Service was impeccable, and they even moved us when a young person sat down next to us wearing far too much fragrance. Highly recommend dining here. As an added bonus, Moneygun is only two blocks away, and it's retro setting is perfect for a digestif.

Bellemore is amazing! We ordered the suckling pig and halibut for entrees; green garlic pasta, foie grass and octopus to start. All were exquisite!
The beverage menu is imaginative and Angie created dealers choice” drinks we loved. The service was attentive and friendly. We’ll be back soon!
My husband has an allergy to finned fish and the staff were thoughtful and accommodating toward the five course tasting menu that we had that evening. The wine paring was fabulous with generous pours.
Very responsive to my wife's wheat allergy and still turned out a first rate meal on the fly. Deft handling of the meal, great food, and helpful wine steward made for an excellent experience.

Bellemore was fabulous. The decor was so interesting and fun without being too showy. The food was the same, with great presentation and such interesting flavors. I will definitely go back! The Garlic soup and venison tartare were fabulous, as was the duck.

Nothing beats the space and location - super glamorous and beautiful. The food is consistently good although there are better restaurants in town. Friendly, energetic staff. Amazing cocktails. Will definitely be back.
We went to Bellemore for our anniversary. The service was perfection and the meal was to die for. We had the chicken and the suckling pig. Both were amazing!

We come to Chicago once a year for a week & one main purpose is eating. We comprise a huge list of lunches & dinners for the week, review new restaurants & old favorites & agonize over who makes “the cut.” We chose Bellemore bc of the ham & cheese raclette sandwiches (I’m pregnant & this sounded absolutely amazing) after reading about them. It was a huge disappointment to find them removed from the menu after having made the reservation based on this menu item only a week & a half earlier and told they could not still make it even though it looked as though they had all the items needed. They had changed to a summer menu - their reason for removal. Their website did not indicate spring or summer menus so we were not expecting a change, plus it’s the end of July. Most everyone is already on their summer menus. Our service took forever. I went to the bathroom & back with a toddler in tow before our waitress ever came to greet us. My husband waited forever for a glass of wine, our check, etc. I settled for an average chicken sandwich that looked huge when it came out but somehow collapsed to nothing once handled to eat. His burger was ordered medium but came out closer to rare so he could not split this with our toddler as planned nor could I eat it being pregnant. He reported it as average as well. Overall hugely disappointing & we won’t back for future visits. If you’re reading this & looking for an excellent lunch venue that never disappoints in food & servuce, go to Ralph Lauren.
Excellent dinner. Love the vibe at Bellemore and our food was wonderful. Fantastic menu! Super friendly service, nice drinks to accompany the food and reasonable prices. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Thoroughly excellent! The oyster pie was very special and a highlight of our meal. However, all of the dishes were wonderfully executed, delicious and nicely presented.
Outstanding prices, food not so much. Service was terrific. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Food was very good and service was attentive if young and inexperienced. Restaurant was beautiful but a little antiseptic. Need to increase table density or add some fabric or playful elements to warm up the room and match the food.
Chef Jimmy was really great and warmly accepted compliments.
Would love to go back in six months and see what it is like.

I rarely write reviews, but had to this time. Although he service was excellent, the value was so bad that we will not return. 4 bites of salmon for $34 and 4 bites of halibut for $38 and that was from “the large plate “ section of the menu. Seriously???
This place is what restaurant should be! 100% focus on the customer and on the quality of their product. Karin & Tim, managers are a stellar team and the staff was incredible. The entire operation runs as a team. The menu was great, the food was incredible...Halibut, Duck and the Pasta was a nice mix. The $68 oyster pie was tasty but I don't have an appreciation for caviar, so that was a bit excessive to me. The decor was great and we went to celebrate a birthday and the entire staff signed with personally written notes a birthday card for my friend. The brought out a little cake with a candle to celebrate! Seriously one of the best dining experiences in my 27th years of eating in Chicago. I'll be back!
I had the charred octopus as a starter. It was delicious. The eggplant paired with it was incredible. I then had Haddock was was perfectly cooked and paired with lots of delicious accompaniments. Each bite was different and delicious
I have enjoyed a lot of fine dining in cities throughout the country and the world. This was probably one of my top ten experiences. The ambiance is comfortable while upscale. The service was incredibly good. And the food! Even the butter with the Hawaiian Rolls was carefully curated. I highly recommend the shaved fois gras but, honestly, we loved everything that we ordered. This is perfect for an important business lunch/dinner or a romantic date. I highly recommend.
We had the very best server and very best service. Delicious food and fabulous atmosphere. A+
