We had a wonderful experience at Bellemore our server was amazing he was patient and informative with us. I ordered the lamb meatballs, Wagu strips, and pavlova.
It is very obvious that the chef and his team take great care and lots of time in creating all the dishes. Each is layered, complexed, and incredibly seductive in its own flavor, texture and composition. More than worth every bite. For such a sophisticated environment and exquisite food, the music was a bit too load.
Can’t believe we’re just now finding this place!!!! One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend choosing multiple small dishes & sharing. We had 3 appetizers, 1 veggie & 1 pasta entree & the chef coursed everything out for us. We weren’t rushed & the dishes were spaced out perfectly. We were too stuffed for dessert but they sounded amazing. We’ll be back very soon.
My wife is pregnant and cannot drink. She ordered a club soda and had one refill during the meal. $8 for two club sodas. Are they making the club soda in-house? Ridiculous. Outside of dessert, the meal was forgettable.
Bellemore has such an inviting ambiance. The hosts and servers were very polite and the food was delicious, prepared well and full portions. The lighting was very romantic, perfect for a nice date night!
The ambience is amazing. It felt so hip and cool. The food is delicious, but the portions are pretty small. The server was very nice, but could have stopped by the table more. I wanted another drink and it took a long time to even order it.

Very explicitly Ordered gluten free. Server was terrific, attentive, understood and we saw her write it down. Salad came out with croutons. To their credit they took off of the bill, but still bad on the kitchen. Terrific service.

I went with my boyfriend to celebrate birthday during Chicago restaurant week and it was wonderful. I heard about this place for a friend and I’m really glad i was able to go! Staffs were awesome and I enjoyed every single dish.

I picked this place for my boyfriend and I to go to for Restaurant Week 2020 and I’m so glad I did! The ambiance of the restaurant was upscale, classy, glamorous and chic I loved the color scheme and decor.
Our server was very professional yet friendly and she gave us recommendations and specials for the night. We ended up getting Venison Tartare, Kona Kanpachi, Shrimp & Grits, Rigatoni, Artic Char, Skirt Steak, Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake, Banana Pudding. Every single thing was absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back here!
Bellemore is a great place to dine or even to just grab a drink as a couple. The staff is extremely helpful and will do whatever they can to make your time there as good as possible. when it comes to the food it's very creative, yet approachable and utterly delicious.
The restaurant week menu is amazing! Venison tartare, Brussels sprouts, duck rigatoni, and skirt steak are must haves.
Definitely was not wowed by this boka group restaurant. Food was okay but was lacking quality for the price. Much better places in the city for lesser price.
My husband and I went for restaurant week and the food was phenomenal. Such a variety and we absolutely loved everything. Service was top notch as well. Would highly recommend.

We went to Bellemore to try their restaurant week menu. I had read so many great reviews about this restaurant that I told my wife that we owed it to ourselves to go and see if all the hype is merited.
The dishes on the restaurant week menu were very good. I especially enjoyed the Venison Tartare and my wife liked her Rigatoni with duck ragu. Each dish was excellent.
The skirt steak was good. Nothing to write home about but my wife's herb roasted chicken was quite delicious. Clearly she got the better entree.
For dessert I had the chocolate mousse cake and my wife had the winter pavlova. The cake was very good but the pavlova was a wonderful dessert. Bellemore's version is head and shoulders above the pavlova's we tried at other restaurants.
Is the hype justified? I would say yes but I was disappointed with the quantity being served during restaurant week. Yes, I know the restaurant has to meet a specific price point but honestly, the shrimp in the shrimp and grist were so small that I was wondering if there was a shortage of decent size shrimp in Chicago!
A return trip to Bellemore is in the works to try the cuisine on the regular menu and to watch the chefs in action in the open kitchen.

Amazing service and a very unique menu. The flavors were amazing and different than anything I’ve really had before. It’s definitely a food experience. We loved everything about it!!
Went here with a group for restaurant week. Overall, a nice meal and good experience. Would go back here again. We noted there were half priced bottles of wine, but were told we could only get it at the bar, so we asked if we could quickly get our drinks before seating and they requested we were seated since we had a reservation and it was the time of the reservation. We sat down and again asked our server if we could get our drinks ourselves at the bar and were strongly discouraged and they asked that we did not. Ultimately, we didn't have any drinks since we felt pressured not to get them at the bar (just a few feet away) and could not justify spending the higher price point a few feet away from where the exact same drinks were being sold for half the price.
Thus, word to the wise, go a bit early to have a drink at the bar.
Great ambiance, delicious food but the service was stellar! Selena (our server) went above and beyond, so professional and so pleasant!

Six of us had dinner here during restaurant week. We had drinks at the bar prior to dinner. For our dinner, each ordered something off the special fixed price menu. Everybody enjoyed their meal from beginning to end. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Cocktails at the bar were a bit bigger than the ones served at the table. We were celebrating a birthday so they brought a piece of cake with a candle in it and made the evening even more special. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Restaurant week is perfect for trying something different or out of your usual neighborhood(s) . Bellemore was terrific in every way. Will be returning soon. Would post more pics but only allows 4.

The 2020 Bellemore reboot is as good if not better than before. The menu is now filled with high end dishes for splurging (truffles on your pasta anyone) as well as more approachable everyday fare from a to-die-for burger with brisket and fire chicken sandwich. Cocktails continue to rock and the happy hour serves up the best $1 oysters that aren’t off a boat on the coast.

Seriously excellent food - the brussels sprouts with stracciatella cheese (not sure how to spell that) was one of the best things I've ever tasted, but of the eight dishes we tried, all were my "favorite" at the time I was eating them!
Only weird thing was the ladies room - didn't have a hook to hang my coat on. This made for some awkwardness trying to keep a bulky winter coat off the floor. Why not just put a hook on the back of the door?

The second time I've been to Bellemore, and their menu was fantastic. Both my girlfriend and I were wiping each dish clean. The chandelier atmosphere is extremely pleasant, and never gets too loud or too quiet. The servers were quick to make suggestions when we asked and answer all our questions, and explained each meal to us which I always appreciate. Will return!
We loved Bellemore. The food was delicious. It was very flavorful and you can tell a lot of thought went into the presentation of the dishes. Loved the dessert and the service was really professional and perfect. Loud environment though, so be prepared to talk loud!
