   Food excellent, as always, nice venue, friendly staff. Service can be a bit slow but, on the plus side, that means relaxed dining and no pressure to finish and leave. A very enjoyable lunch - we will be back.

   Great to see pork belly back on the menu. The food ordered was outstanding as usual. As a party of 3 we all really enjoyed our meals.

   The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and every meal we’ve had has been amazing. The fish and chips are perfectly cooked, and it’s the best fillet steak I’ve ever had. Brilliant every time!

   Service was very poor - we had to call them over to take our drinks order. Then we had to do the same to take our food order! A table behind us arrived at least 20 minutes after us were asked for their food order before us!

   Freshly cooked meal that was delicious. Lots of choice and nicely presented in a cosy pub setting. Possibly the best food I’ve eaten out for a long time.Will definitely return.

   Obviously we went on a Sunday, so roast beef and lamb was our choice. Absolutely delicious can't fault it at all. Definitely would like to go back , maybe on a Saturday to taste the other food of the Tuesday-Saturday menu. Great customer service . Friendly and accomdating . Well done
