   The Chowder and lobster were both excellent. The restaurant was busy but our waitress was friendly and efficient. We were very impressed with this restaurant.

   Throughly enjoyed our evening here, waitress was super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Food was amazing and fresh! Great views of the harbour! Would recommend and would definitely visit again

   try the crispy bass with Thai flavours. My friends all wanted some slight change to the menu and the Chef acquiesced. Emma is a charmer ,all the staff friendly and proficient. The restaurant is perfectly placed on the wharf with fine views over the harbour.

   Both my husband and myself had cod and chips with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce. It was delicious the fish was so white, the batter was light and crispy and the chips were big and chunky. This is the second time we’ve been to this restaurant and it won’t be the last! We have to go if staying in St. Ives . The waiting staff are so welcoming and friendly. I can guarantee of you go you will not be disappointed!

    Staff were really lovely. The food was amazing really fresh and it was great to be able to have the catch if the day! Would recommend this restaurant to other diners. Great views across the harbour if sat by the windows.

    Absolutely fantastic, last day of honeymoon. We’d eaten at some lovely restaurants in St Ives and The Beach did not disappoint. I had the catch of the day, hake, cooked perfectly. Partner had steak which was delicious. Great place, great food and great views. Our waitress was brilliant moving us to a window seat overlooking the harbour, just a magnificent experience

    Booked a lunchtime table and was very pleasantly surprised by the meal we had. It’s many, many years since we ate there and in those days it was more like a cafe. Now it is a restaurant with very acceptable food.

    We, my husband and I, ate here twice during our stay in St Ives in September/October 2021. The views must be the absolute best in the bay. On a rainy October day it was very welcoming. The staff are amazing and make you feel very special. We ate once for lunch and once for dinner. Both were the best experiences, the fish chowder was amazing, the scallops were superbly fresh. Every mouthful was exquisite, we both loved everything about it. What more can I say. Simply the best.

    Great welcome and attentive friendly service with a smile complimented the excellent chowder fish and chips and tempura prawns. What’s not to like! Dog friendly tables tucked away around the back of the bar could be improved but overall because of the food and service it wasn’t really an issue.

    Hi We were not impressed with our main courses I had the dressed crab which wasn’t dressed it had only been broken open. The teriyaki salmon was overcooked and the medium steak was very fatty. Our starters were excellent as well as staff and the venue just a-shame about the main course. Paul

    Lovely meal at the Beach Restaurant. We have two young children and the staff were so kind, accommodating and helpful. Great food, relaxed environment, amazing views, friendly staff and good value for money. This is our favourite restaurant in St Ives for a young family.

    crab on toast starter plenty, fish for main well cooked and potatoes soft, be mindful there will be bones due to fish being whole, cooked well pleasure to eat, didnt have dessert, staff were excellent

    Very pleased with all aspects. Cosy with a loverly view even we did not sit by the windows. Food very good the Megrin sole was the best ever had and all the rest was excellent. Will definitely go back and enjoy the service we had. Our waitress made our evening.

    All I can say is WOW. We had the most delicious seafood I have ever tasted, and I have eaten a lot of seafood. The servers were very friendly and the views are spectacular. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
