Service could of been better.
They tried with the Halloween theme. But service Horrible
We were disappointed how long it took to order & get each course - we were there almost 3 hours before we got our dessert. Thought the Blood Manor theme was going to be a bit more involved & that the people in costume would do more than just walk around & say boo. We were under the impression they were going to be doing some small scary performances. I think the price we paid for the evening for three people was alot of money. There should have been more food choices & larger portions. The drinks were small, not strong at all & had a lot of ice. Had to keep asking to order & ask where our food was. The food options could have been more spooky not enough thought went into it. We were so excited to go, but just did not meet my expectations. Had planned to go back with 10 friends-but no.
The service and the actors were excellent! The overall experience of Nightmare on Beech Street was also great. The food just wasn't what it was trying to be.
We had an awesome time!
Staff and actors were great!
We loved the magician with the cards
Highly recommend coming here
We will be back!
We look forward to having you back! Thank you!
This was not quite what I thought it would be and it was very expensive for what it was. It was already $60, and then add fees and automatic gratuity when you book the reservation and it came to $80. It did come with one drink, but my friends and I don't really drink alcohol, so for us it wasn't worth the cost. We thought it was going to be more of a "show" , but it was pretty much people dressed up and staring at you at tables and coming directly in your face to try and scare you. We were sitting at a small table meant for 2 (there were 3 of us, which was annoying to begin with) and it was dead smack against the bar. This one "actor" came up behind me and on my right, and when I realized he was there and went to move my head, I smacked my head against the bar we were so close. The prix-fixe menu was misleading when you read it online. It reads as though you receive an appetizer, a salad, an entree and a dessert, same as when you're in person. But when we got there, the waitress told us it was an app OR a salad. Again, for the price was disappointing. The food was pretty good, my friend and I enjoyed the ravioli and my other friend liked the chicken. They put fake body parts on top your food and then took them away while my friend was eating, which showed they were reusing them on people's food, and it kind of freaked her out a little because of the sanitary aspect. The one thing I will say is, these two drunk people came in without reservations and they were acting inappropriately towards my friend so we got up and moved and the owner was there pretty quickly and kicked them out. Overall, it was interesting to try out, but I don't think I would do this again for the cost.
We went for the Halloween popup event. The food was lousy and way overpriced but the service was great.
The blood manor experience was a lot of fun. The service was excellent.
The food, however, was just ok. Burger, ravioli, flatbread quac were average or below average. Pumpkin cheese cake and birthday cake were average. Do not do the up charge for the “brain hemorrhage”. It’s a chocolate brain-shaped basket with 4-5 Halloween candy bars thrown in
Nightmare on beech street was awesome!. The waitress was engaging, characters were great and the food was really good too. Pumpkin cheese cake was to die for, lol. I definitely recommended to my friends already. We had a great time. Thank you. JL
We're so glad you had an awesome time with us! Thank you!
I went for the Nightmare on Beech Street. The decorations were awesome. Everyone was dressed in costumes. The food was amazing. We loved the whole experience. I would definitely do this experience again next year.
I recently visited for "Nightmare on Beech Street" and the food and show were great! The actors were personable and the food was incredible! The parking in Long Beach is not great so give yourself some extra time to park. Definitely will be going back again.
Thank you so much! We can't wait to have you back!
Nightmare on beech street was such an awesome twist to a dining out experience! Highly recommend!
You SHOULD have had a RED FLAG on your web site that PARKING was non-existent - we went on a weeknight and there was absolutely NOTHING available - we even had a handicap sticker - nothing - we were late for our reservation. The food was inedible - my husband had a burger - I had the pumpkin ravioli - we left half of it on the plate/ Kudos for the actors and the ambiance but parking and food left MUCH to be desired. I would NOT go back again - Sorry!
Wish the food was better
We waited for such a long time. They kept telling me my table is being cleaned off. Went to my table it was dirty with leftover crumbs. Waited 10 mins to be served. One of the actors smelled. The one with his butt crack out. Pretzel appetizer was kinda hard. The flatbread and cauliflower was good. For entree I had the burger. It had marinara and mozzarella cheese on it. To be honest it should’ve been a chicken parm sandwich. They could’ve figured that meal out better. The actors were too touchy touchy around our food and too close to our face. The cheesecake was frozen.
Everything was great! The food was awesome. The drinks were great, and the performers were so much fun and interactive!
Thank you! We're so happy you had so much fun with us!
The staff was hardworking and the service entertainment outstanding
Thank you! We love to hear that!
Apps were just eh, The burger was delicious, the desert was great. Price point is on par.
But the experience of the haunted dinner was phenomenal! Staff all played their parts extremely well. We got scared, laughed and left full! Couldn’t really ask for more.
Took my daughter opening night for the haunted dinner experience. When we arrived we were seated right away which was great. The place was set up perfect for Halloween the decor looked fantastic. The waitress and waiters were dressed in costume and when they came to your table they were very friendly. The first thing we had was a cocktail which was included with the dinner. We then chose our dinner from a menu which had a few different choices for the three course meal. I chose guacamole and chips for my appetizer. The chips were extremely fresh like they would just made and the dip was out of this world. My entree I chose the hamburger with the black bun and marinara sauce. The presentation of the entree was beautiful the only thing the bun was just a little too sweet I'm not sure if the bun had a glaze on it but over all with the French fries(delicious) the entree came together. For dessert I had the candy dish. Very cute they give you a basket full of yummy candy. While you ate they had characters in makeup and they walked around and interacted with the guests which was a lot of fun. I would definitely do this again it is well worth it.
Thank you so much for coming! We're so happy that you had such a great time with us!
They will hit you with a 3% credit card fee and it is not informed to customers on the menu nor by the servers. Didn’t get this elsewhere on W Beech. Oysters were nice but arrived with empty black plastic sauce cups—and sitting under an overflowing pool of melted ice water (it was only 74 out). Didn’t receive any utensils. On the 3rd polite request, we finally got some horse radish. Scallops were cooked well.
Awesome food and service
Never write these reviews, but have to give credit to our server whose name I've forgotten, but who knew the difference between our daughter's dairy allergy and lactose intolerance. Makes all the difference.
Lobster roll was great; my wife's salad was overdressed; daughter loved the popcorn shrimp.
Great outdoor seating options !!!!
Nice location. Friendly service.
We’ll definitely return.
The hostess was extremely accommodating and made our evening fantastic!! Thanks to our waitress and bus boy who took a photo for us!! Excellent overall!
Outdoor dining was fantastic
The beach house has fun vibes and I enjoy their live music; however, their food is subpar and the drinks are too expensive (weren't even that good).
The food is great. The staff and manager are great. We had a very enjoyable evening.
We sat at the bar to watch the games. Our server/bartender Joe was excellent. The food is delicious. Cocktails are a little pricey but are a good size
Excellent. Especially the lobster roll deal. Great service
We had a good time service was good food was good. Young noisy crowd
Great meal. Great service. Cold beer!! Lobster Roll Thursday’s is a great deal!
Great new menu and decor. Excellent service. Delicious food.
We randomly made a reservation on OpenTable and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered lobster rolls, sweet potato fries, clam strips, salads, and wraps - everything was delicious. The service was awesome and quick. We will definitely be back!!
The environment of this restaurant gives off summer vibes. Although a little cold and loud, the food and service were great and I will be returning!
It was more of a hangout spot with your boys. Not a dinner date with the wife atmosphere.
I went with a bunch of friends for country night! It was nice; the food and drinks were great ($2 PBRs) however, we couldn't see the band because of the barricades between the tables. I totally get that it is to follow the guidelines because of COVID, it just would have been a lot nicer if we were able to see the band. Overall though, it was a great night!!
First time here. Live country music on Wednesday was awesome. Waitress and food were great! Would highly recommend the Sliced Steak Sandwich. Will definitely be coming here more often.
First time at this location waiter was very friendly. Food was really good. Casual spot will definitely go again.
