Excellent food, good variety, friendly, helpful and professional staff and great drinks and desserts. They made our anniversary very special, including a card at our table and a Happy Anniversary desert on the house.

Amazing drinks. Food was a hit or a miss. Some items were delicious but others could use more balance! Loved the potatoes and chicken croquettes! The halibut was on the sweeter side.

We celebrated three birthdays last night and from beginning to end the staff helped us celebrate. We ordered a la carte and loved every morsel. Each dish was delicate and unique. The ambiance was intimate yet very Manhattan. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Our second visit to The Bazaar was a similarly phenomenal dining experience. The innovative cuisine, superb service and gorgeous surroundings made for magical evening. The Bluefin tuna and fried egg, the "Neptune's Pillow," and the Honey Miso eggplant were memorable starters and the seared scallop and the skirt steak mains were excellent. A special shout-out to the outstanding sommelier who helped us negotiate the unique sake selection and the Spanish wines. A return trip to try the tasting menu is in order.

We celebrated a birthday here - as we were seated, we received a nice postcard with the signatures of all the people working there, nice! We booked the experience menu with wine pairing. The food was good to very good. There was also flexibility in changing one cotton candy with foie gras into an avocado cotton candy. Something didn’t really meet my personal taste, but it’s nothing against the restaurant itself: The Sea urchins for instance. As we got our steak, I could eat it with pleasure, but for the birthday boy the meat was way too rare to blue. So the waiter immediately noticed it and offered a new portion to be torched more. Which was good. Desserts were spot on! We got a small birthday cake as well :) The only point which we personally didn’t like was the wine pairing: I told the sommelier that the first two wines were way too heavy and strong for us. The 3rd wine was good, the dessert wine was good as well. I expected an alternative to be offered, especially if the guest doesn’t drink the wine to be paired to the meal.
