Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Tuesday - Saturday, between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

Food was absolutely delicious, wonderfully presented and tasted amazing. Staff throughout the venue (hotel entrance, hostess stand, servers) were extremely friendly and efficient. A terrific experience. Only note is the portions are smaller than you might expect, but surprisingly still felt sated.

An Unforgettable Experience Dinner at Bazaar at the Ritz-Carlton NoMad was outstanding from start to finish. We were treated like royalty—everyone from the chef to the person carving the jamón, our wonderful waiter, and the gracious hostess made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was phenomenal—every dish was delicious, creative, and beautifully presented. The Wagyu Airbread in particular was absolutely impressive—an explosion of flavor and texture. Truly one of the best dining experiences in NYC. Highly recommended!

Spectacular food and service!!!! The music was a little loud but it was a fun and lively atmosphere. The drinks were great. Our waiter was delightful, knowledgeable, personable, and attentive.

The food and service was good but the quantity for the price isn’t great. The dishes are tiny portions and while they taste delicious, you don’t feel full. We were a group of 7 and the bill was $1400! There wasn’t any free bread, amuse-bouches or anything that you got extra. The were very attentive in the beginning but then sort of forgot about our table and were slower at the end. Overall I’m disappointed (mainly about the cost for a small meal).

Very small portion for the price. The pork shoulder was overdone but the chimichurri was outstanding. Others at the table said the skirt steak was good. I’ve had better meals, I’ve had worse.
