Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Tuesday - Saturday, between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

The food was delicious with a perfect balance of flavors. Service was generally good, though there were a few moments when we felt overlooked. The ambiance was truly exceptional. Looking forward to a future dining experience at Bazaar.

One of the my new favorite restaurants in the New York City, the space is elegantly decorated with a warm atmosphere and great staff. The food is delicious, different and wonderfully unique. The Cotton Candy Foie Gras is a must try.

First time with Jose Andres. There for anniversary. The Bazaar is on second floor. We ordered drinks and the tasting menu. We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary" complete with card. Delightful. I cant begin to tell you what we had for dinner. Because I'm not really sure how to describe it. Some courses were totally unknown but very interesting. Others were familiar but done with an Andres twist. The pate was served as a cotton candy lollipop. Delicious. Outstanding steak. And vegetables were wonderful. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Wine recommended was spot on. Go again? In a New York minute. Parking is a nightmare but the hotel is on 28th street. So go figure!.

One of the best meals we ever had. Did not do the chefs menu, but instead selected 12 different dishes to shared by the 4 of us. Amazing food, service and ambiance. Highly recommended

An amazing experience from start to finish! I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very professional. I truly felt welcomed. The food was simply delicious! Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really tell they put care and passion into every detail. The atmosphere was just right—cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating the perfect setting for a great dining experience. Our waitress Alicia was wonderful and gave us excellent recommendations. The ham cutter, Jose Marcos, is super professional and friendly. We also received great service from Cristina and Mara, who kindly offered us a delicious sherry wine to pair with our desserts. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Elegant ambience, good food (especially octopus), great service. One of a very few places that I can recommend in NYC and I would return.
