The Bayou is simply the most consistently very good restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Food always great, very nice atmosphere, service almost always terrific. It is just a great place to go for a nice dinner or a very good drink. On our many times there over the years have never been disappointed.

Service was a little slow and they would bring more plates and glasses and never remove the old ones. She did not check back very often. The food was awesome... very loud inside kinda wish we would have asked for outside table.

Visiting our son and his lovely wife. Very pleased with menu and food. Service was a bit inconsistent - e.g., long wait for water refills but minor. Same with noise and ambiance on patio. Nice but could have been easier to talk over music. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

My Husband and I made reservations at The Bayou for our 1 year wedding anniversary and my birthday. We love this restaurant and the Mac n cheese is to die for. Our waitress was a bit “blah” but that won’t keep us from returning again. The Bayou has an amazing atmosphere and you can’t go wrong with ordering just about anything on the menu.

Second time there and again the cook poured a bucket of salt into the collards....they are AWFUL!!! Mac and cheese? Eh..not creamy cheesy enough and what’s with the peas in it? Rest of our meal...shrimp P.O. boy, fried chicken, ribs...were nothing special like other people rave about! The only thing that was excellent and possibly I would only do a stop drive by to pick up is the corn bread, it’s fabulous! We gave u guys 2 tries and sorry...we will not be back! But good luck.

Have been wanting to come here for a while, but you need to plan ahead because it's really popular. Thoroughly enjoyed the cornbread, red beans and rice, oyster po boy, and peanut butter mousse. Drinks are a little stronger than I expected (not a bad thing!), so plan your Uber accordingly 😁

This was a repeat visit for us and it lived up to our expectations. Our friends were there for the first time. They liked to decor and ambiance. We ordered a few apps and small plates to share as well as two large plates. Not only were we satisfied, a large amount of food was taken home. Servings are generous. Our waitress was outstanding and pleasant.

It's a great casual place to take customers. The food selection makes your meal a good customer experience. It's fun deciding on the food and ordering the small plates to share. The staff is friendly and the service is great!

Having visited twice, I can say this is quickly becoming my new favorite restaurant. The food is terrific, there is good variety, and the chefs and bartenders put much thought into aesthetics, so the food and drinks are pretty too. This is as close to authentic Louisiana-style food as I can remember.

The best brussel sprouts ever! Culinary delights abounded at this restaurant, just 2 miles from the Sands Casino. Went for dinner before a show. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Extremely busy but neighborhood friendly vibe. Superb menu. Everything was delicious.

OMG, this place was AMAZING. The food was fantastic, The Waitress was great, the band kept me rocking in my seat, NOTHING to complain about. What a wonderful experience. I had the shrimp and grits, my grands had the chicken and waffles and we had the beignet's.

The reviews did not disappoint, this is worth the ride. Great dining experience and staff. Not to mention the parking was great and free. This is a good thing!

Food was great, portions were meh. I ordered from the "snack" section of the menu and ended up getting almost as much as my partner who ordered from the "large plate", section of the menu. Besides that every thing else was fantastic

'Twas a trip back in time for me, back to the mid-80's when I was stationed in Biloxi MS. The hurricane was spot-on, the catfish/ collards/ dirty rice was delicious. The beignets are wonderful and the closest thing to seeing the flashing red light at the Krispy Kremes down on the Gulf Coast.

I love this restaurant but tonight was an off night. I got a Po boy and the bread was burnt so the whole sandwich had that burnt taste to it. The fries were so over salted they weren’t edible. I would have sent it back but we had to send back my daughters dinner and I didn’t want to be “that table”. My daughter asked for her steak to be cooked a certain way, the waitress kindly checked if it was possible, came back said said they could do it, but then they didn’t do it anyway. The waitress apologized and seemed annoyed at the kitchen. I ordered beignets which are usually incredible but they were just hollow shells! They puffed up beautifully but all of them were just hollow. This is the first time we’ve ever had any issues. I will go back because I know it was just an off night for the kitchen staff.

Always one of our favorites. We had the crispy salmon on this visit and some small plates to go with it. The beer options were good. Love to sit at the high tops at the bar at this location. Always like visiting all of the Bayou boy's locations.
