Great food with same standard, more of less. Unfortunately one of our dishes yesterday had hairs in it which we never experienced before. They are a very busy restaurant and I can only imagine the pressure is on the kitchen to produce what has been ordered. Service and team delivering on the floor are amazing. Will still eat here as still great food and ambience. Thank you

A lovely fish lunch. One Nordic salmon special, and one seared tuna poke bowl. Both excellent.

The most gorgeous lunch with amazing service. I have been many times and will keep going back. The fish is so fresh and soft and everything looks and tastes incredible.

Decided to have something different this time as always opt for the sharing platter. Lobster bisque, and an oyster for me and mixed salmon platter for my friend. All delicious

Had a lovely lunch. As a wheelchair user I always say on the booking so I get a suitable table. This was the first place I could see they’d actually read it and taken note and I had the first table and with a chair removed ready. Had really good service from a young man and it was attentive but not intrusive. As a sole diner and in a wheelchair you quite often get ignored but we had nice light chat. The food was gorgeous and I was told straightaway that one of the platters down as for 2’or more was available for one which was great as that was one of my choices. It arrived and it was beautifully presented and plentiful. I tried my first ever oyster and have to say they’re not for me but it added to the whole experience. I had a beautiful lemon posset with shortbread for pudding. Some people say it’s expensive for a lunch but I have to disagree. The beautiful fish platter with a generous serving of bread, an oyster, pudding and a gorgeous glass of Jarrolds own rose champagne was £37 and I think you could easily pay £60/£70 for something similar. So not an every day lunch but well well worth it I think and I will definitely be going back.

Nice fish but rather overpriced for what it is and your gravadlax was tough and too thick. You should learn that accepting cash would help out a lot of people especially foreigners with hefty fees on credit cards
