Absolutely loved my birthday meal at this restaurant. The staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. The seafood platter was delicious. I will definitely be back!!

Great venue and overall food is great. However, my recent visit was disappointing. Starters were great but fish pie which is usually amazing was less appealing on this visit - it lacked the same great flavour, very bland and there was hardly any fish, dish was stocked with plenty of tomatoes! Hopefully this can be sorted as Jarrolds have a great food treat for all tastes.

Always a pleasure to lunch here. The fish is super fresh and the oysters were very good. The staff are very friendly especially the guy (sorry don’t remember names) it’s a lovely store which makes it even more fun.

We have a wonderful birthday lunch for a friend here on 'Saturday. The food was outstanding - the lobster special and the seafood platter in particular. the staff were charming and although this restaurant is in a department store you would never know it as it is so beautifully designed, I am not from Norwich but if I was I would be here all the time!

I had the crab salad, absolutely delicious. Great food in a beautiful setting overlooking Norwich market. Staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very enjoyable lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We tried the prawn cocktail, which was a new addition, followed it up with the fish platter and finished with the lime posset. All were delicious- we were very full afterwards. We enjoy the atmosphere at The Bay and the service was great.

Visited this place already several times and found it excellent as always. Service and food was great. We had oysters and seafood platter and a Cromer crab. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff working there were great in all aspects. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience, the waiter was a very pleasant chap and was very knowledgeable about all the food on the menu. The ambience was great and the food was brilliant. I will definitely return again.
