We have made a few changes to improve your dining experience with us at The Bay Mordi. We aim to deliver our guests an experience of a culinary journey of Australian and European flavours and techniques. Every dish is a pure and delicate work of art crafted with the utmost respect for the ingredients.

Enjoy this throughout, and the elegant menu is simpler in form. It may look effortless, though there is a lot of technique behind it; ultimately, everything on the plate should be there for a reason. Our head Chef Michelin Starred trained chef enjoys finding the balance between flavours and textures and incorporating seasonal produce from Australian growers and farmers.

Our venue creates a comfortable, elegant setting in our Dining Room, a more relaxed feel in The Beer Garden, and several function space options. Being positioned in a prime beachside location makes The Bay Mordi a venue not to miss.

Last time we ate here the service was terrible. They had run out of a lot of food choices. Giving the venue another chance to redeem itself was a poor decision on my part! Wait times for the food was 50 minutes … We will not be back which is a real shame

The slow cooked lamb was ok but not with cucumber and Turkish breast. I just didn’t worke for me and the chips were small and without flavour

Fantastic service. I ordered the thyme chicken and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely go back again!

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff in the dining area. Beef cheek was melt in the mouth (as expected) and my son loved his burger and a hand cut chips. I like that it’s not a ridiculously sized menu and instead has some classics and special dishes. Well laid out floor plan and low noise.

The menu has changed and it’s for the better. Ordered the beef cheeks and it was delicious! Desserts were great too!!
