The Bay House Ratings and Reviews
The food at the Bay House was very good. I had the black Alaskan Cod and it was quite good. An asian-style dish with rice, ginger and green beans. Overall, the Bay House seems a bit more expensive than the average other Naples restaurants. Very good service. Nice ambiance, although you can't see the bay at night. We'll have to return in the spring when it stays light later.
The table was near the service bar area/ the waitress was not attentive/long time to get drink order/ The stone crabs are ok but the mustard was bland . They were not accommodating at first to change our reservation from 4 to 5 and then did and didn't
inform me. Would not split a hamburger on two plates had to do it at table. Arrogant attitudes all around from managers to wait staff/Hostesses
We are full time Naples residents that are loyal patrons for 15 years plus we frequent Turtle Club.
Please treat your customers kindly!!!
My favorite restaurant to entertain special visitors who appreciate fine cuisine and fine wine!
Our waitress Hanna was the darling of our experience and so attentive at all times!!
Thank you Hanna for your professional yet loving and beautiful nature. !!
You suggested the Black Cod- OH my it was amazingly delicious!!
My wife and I both had the grouper special, There was supposed to be sauce with it. The amount of sauce was minimal. The restaurant has great ambiance, but we didn’t feel it was worth the $200 for the two of use. If we come back, it’ll be to the bar area, that looked fun with entertainment.
It was our first time going there and we were all pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped in when we could sit outside in a relaxing atmosphere to wait for a table to be ready, To hearing live music and some dancing happening, and to a great table and expert service and delicious food. It was our sons birthday and they surprised us with an amazing dessert for all of us to share!! Everyone was very attentive and the food was excellent !!
We are always treated like royalty
Our favorite restaurant never disappointed
Mary always goes above and beyond for us and Steve the manager is wonderful
I requested our "special table" in the bar area and got it
Food is superb service is superb
Best restaurant in Naples!
Four of us met for dinner; my wife and I were the first timers. Our waitress disappeared for at least fifteen minutes and was not in a good mood when she finally returned. Fortunately, she brightened up later on. I ordered a Carpetbagger Steak and thought it was excellent. That was the only highpoint for the evening. My friend had the same dish but for whatever reason did not enjoy his. His wife's salmon was fine, though she noted her vegetables were not well prepared. The real downside was my wife's crab cakes. She only ate one and complained it was tasteless and had no lump meat. I finished her dish, and the crab cake appeared to be made from claw meat. I did like the bed of jicama, but the crab was very disappointing. My Caesar Salad was chopped and tasteless. Who chops a Caesar Salad? How does one produce a tasteless Caesar? All in all, Bay House did not come close to providing the quality we expected and dear wife and I will not return. Too bad as the setting is nice.
We really enjoyed having a drink out by the fire pit before having a wonderful dinner. The lobster appetizer was so good my wife insists she will have it for dinner our next visit. Our daughter hadcthe bone-in pork chop and it was exceptional. Our server, Annie, did a great job. We look forward to our next visit!
The place is very attractive with a large firepit near the entrance where you can sit and have a drink. There is live music in the bar which is a separate area so you aren't blasted with the sound while dining. The dining room view is overlooking water which is very nice. Service was excellent. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. The food was great. The menu is comfotably broad based and made unique by a talented kitchen. All in all it is a delightful place
