The staff were clearly not paying attention. Firstly we were given the wrong drink jug but we didn't know until we went back and asked for the same thing and got something completely different. When I questioned this the staff member was unhelpful and came off sarcastic and offered no apology at all for us initially being given the wrong drink. While ordering the girl at the counter kept walking away to mid sentence to speak to the kitchen. They were out of a lot of things which is absurd for a saturday night, as a restaurant in one of the most popular locations in Sydney, you would expect a level of preparation. When i went to collect my food it was the wrong thing, same girl who kept walking away also clearly not paying attention. Relating to the issue of food being out of stock, when another in my party went to order he wasn't even told the pork was out, he placed is order and was given chicken that was obviously meant to be passed off as pork. I've worked in customer service for a long time, i have a lot of patience for fellow service staff but this was just bad and there didn't seem to be any effort made by the staff for it to be any better. Really disappointing.

We came for "happy hour". Then the bar tender told me that there is no happy hour. So I pointed out the sign that says happy hour 5-6. It was 5:40. Then he said "okay but it's only for the house cocktail." The sign says 'cocktails' not "only our house cocktail". What an absolute rip off. Don't advertise happy hour if you don't want to participate. It was the only reason I booked a table of 8. They ended up getting our money for full priced cocktails instead. WON'T be going back.
