This was our first time to The Barrel Top Grill at Little Straw Vineyards and I can't wait to come back. There aren't a lot of options but that's okay because the tapas they have are so delicious! The variety was exceptional and the service and our cook were awesome.

Friendly staff. It was raining so had to eat indoors. The chef came out and talked to each table after they ordered. Will be back.

We've been back every year for the last 3 or 4 years and always enjoy Little Straw. First time eating at the grill and it was great - delicious food and the chef was wonderful. He came out and chatted with us and designed our plates based on what wine we ordered. Will definitely go back next time we're in the Okanagan.

Meh. While the chef came out to discuss what he was making that day, and quite entertaining, there wasn't much in terms of dining options. It was very limited...just finger foods. Perhaps our expectations were set too high from wineries like Quails Gate, Mission Hill, Hester Creek and Burrowing Owl. I would only go back for some dessert wine and the view.

We loved the food - just felt it was too much food - we were stuffed. It would have been better to have a smaller soup and less duck on the salad - we found the meal protein heavy. The server and chef were dressed very casual which surprised us. I will go back when I can do a wine tasting and purchase wine.

Our friends were delayed in traffic coming from Kelowna and the staff were very complimentary in keeping us assured that being late was ok with them. Our server was delightful, answering our questions and keeping us entertained until our guests arrived. We ordered the 4 tapas (for the 4 of us) and a glass of Riesling, a perfect combination for a late afternoon visit. The view from the dining room is exceptional. Thanks!

Although the food (platter of tapas) was good (even though it was the chef's day off), I was a little disappointed with the service. She was a little abrupt and not very accommodating. And it is inappropriate to call strangers "my dear". Instead of friendly, it sounds condescending. Otherwise, I love the setting and the restaurant.

We had a great meal, enjoyed the service and loved the amazing view. Brought guests from out of town. Close to home and we look forward to returning. Prosciutto wrapped chicken was excellent and the Pinot Noir salmon my husband shared a bite of was wonderful too.
