   We only saw our waitress when we were seated and when we got the bill. Her assistant had to be flagged done so that we could have dishes cleared. We also had to ask about getting refills and more water. At one point a manager came over and asked how we were doing because she could tell we weren't happy. We asked her about coffee and explained our unhappiness with the staff. The waitresses helper did a good job when we asked for help. She was running around as fast as she could to help everyone. For the money I wouldn't come back. I'm not a person to say anything usually. But I had enough.

   Quality of food was mediocre for the price of $55/person. Service was lacking; they were short on staff, waits for drinks and to have plates cleared was lengthy, our seating was next to the wait staff dais and staff was confused as how to charge off drinks, etc. Staff did they best they could but more help and training was clearly needed.

   Food was good, setup was beautiful but service was bad. No one tended to our table and when we asked for water from a waitress, she responded that another waitress would help us. No one helped us and we had to asks for help again. How disappointing

   Easter Brunch - food, atmosphere great. Only complaint would be that if you take 2pm reservations that you wait to break down the buffet as 2pm patrons paid the same amount as 10am patrons so should receive similar level of food/service.

   This was a complete ripoff, I’m fine paying $50-$60 per person for a great meal but it needs to be worth it. I would have been better off going to the Golden Corral and paying $20 per person. I had a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. I was halfway done with my first plate of food before I even had water to drink, the lamb and prime rib was very dry and very overcooked and the selection was pretty basic. I remember what this buffet used to be like years ago and it was great, fresh and delicious and that’s what I was hoping for but I will never ever go back again. Very disappointing and I will actively recommend people against it ever going to the concourse

    A very nice selection for Easter brunch. Everything was nicely displayed and fresh. Being in a ballroom felt more like being at a wedding reception so ambience was not there. Servers did a good job and the dessert selection was outstanding!

    The Easter buffet was overpriced for what it offered. The seafood selections were good, but the meats (prime rib and lamb) were overcooked and dried out. The vegetable selections were limited.

    This review relates to holiday buffets only. At the 20023 Easter buffet, the food was quite good overall. The only items that were fails were the lamb and prime rib carving stations. The meat in both cases was overcooked, dry, chewy and not worth the effort. If I had it to do again, I would take more of the wonderful salads, seafood, pastas and breakfast items. Those ranged from pretty good to fantastic. The desserts were also quite good with the individual lemon tarts and pavlovas, the mascarpone cake and the dessert cups being standouts. The service was efficient and effective. The ambiance was a bit downscale compared to previous years, but acceptable. It could be improved with some decorative screens or dividers to break the cavernous banquet hall into smaller groups of tables. This would have also brought the noise level down. It wasn’t oppressively noisy, but I would have preferred it a little quieter. Overall, it was still worthwhile, but a little more planning of the space and better timing for carving stations could make this buffet really great.

    We were at the Concourse for Easter Brunch. Service and food were good. The only Hiccup was a line waiting to pay on the way out. Overall a good experience, we'd do it again.

    We visited during Easter brunch. The food was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The ballroom allowed for distancing between families and the food set up was beautiful.

    It was a very nice Easter Brunch. Tables were arranged very spaciously. Our table was in the corner and could have used a bit more lightning. You never felt rushed and the service was outstanding. The variety of food was very very good. We definitely consider again for another brunch.

    Their holiday/specialty dinners are amazing and this was no exception. We loved every course! The Chef always outdoes himself. The waittress, however, was overwhelmed, way too busy and that made the special brunch not so special.

    Had reservations- as did many people- they were running behind and we were seated at least 15 to 20 minutes late. Our server never refreshed our drinks- coffee, cocktails, juice, milk. We got some more water after we were at the end of our meal. Never asked if we would like anything else to drink. Our used plates were not cleared from our table throughout our meal. We waited over 30 minutes for our check and finally got up and just went to the cashier. It took them a few minutes to track down the server and our bill. Food was generally good. Seafood display was low and not refreshed while we were there. Husband had a roast chicken quarter that wasn’t cooked thoroughly. We had a nice brunch with our family but service seemed like they didn’t have time for us. Or didn’t care to be there.
