We waited for over an hour for our food. Once the food came everyone got their meal beside one person. Everyone finished eating before that person even got their food. They didn’t even comp that meal for us. We will not be back.

The vibe/decor is very confused, the music was very loud was almost shouting across the table. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us the whole night, she was the about the only good thing about our dining experience. Ordered a glass of wine that smelt like soy sauce. The wings barely had any meat on them and for $20 a basket is ridiculous. Ordered the poke bowl and the rice was undercooked and smothered in sauce, fish had a weird taste to it. Wouldn’t recommend honestly for the price and bad food.

The food was excellent as usual however the service was just mediocre. Love the atmosphere and will definitely be back. The issue I had tonight was when I left the restaurant, I had just gotten in my vehicle and was in the process of backing out of my stall when this other vehicle came whipping into the parking lot like a maniac and almost took the front end off my SUV. I watched the guy park at the front of the entrance and to my surprise it was the MANAGER of the restaurant brining in some equipment. Wow….I was NOT impressed. I suggest he slows down before he runs over all his customers

I have mixed feelings about the Banquet. We have been three times and I am not sure we will come back. One time was for dinner, which was good but I would say a bit expensive for a quality. The other two times were for the wing nights which sounds like a phenomenal deal 39c per wing. They came out within 5 min which I suppose can be a good thing except that they were lukewarm and felt like they were cooked a week ago, poured some sauce and microwaved. The ambiance is good though and the service as well.

Celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with bowling and then drinks and dinner. Everyone we interacted with was really great! Very pleasant staff all over and the nachos presentation was outstanding (and delicious)

We were celebrating a birthday and the staff was incredible. We went early on a wing night. Our food was delivered quickly and hot. There was a variety of menu items ordered from our table, everything was delicious except the wings. We ordered buffalo, creamy dill and salt and pepper. They were all extremly bland. The KFC sliders were delicious!!! I will go back just for those! The staff was wonderful and we will definitely go back, we just won't order the wings.

I went for a farewell party and my expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly and made sure that everyone was happy and having a good time. The food was very delicious as well as the drinks

Went on a wing night. I wouldn't recommend their wings at all - not crispy, almost undercooked. Worst wings I've had. We tried pretty much all the flavours and none were good. Poutine, caesar salad, steak sandwich also not good. Service was slow and you have to get the server's attention if you want/need something. I most likely will not return. It's too bad because I wanted to like this restaurant since it's so close to my house..

Came here for my birthday lunch, service sucked! Took forever to get our drinks, one of our guests showed up and had to wait 25 minutes to get service.. the waitress left our very busy table for 25 minutes, finally we decided to just go up to the bar,. Much better service.. And no it was not busy at the restaurant Will not be back for awhile

We had a great time celebrating my 50th Birthday at The Banquet! We ordered the towers of Rye and Coke and a beer tower! Nachos were terrific! Our server was on the ball, never waited for anything! And she looked like Kylie Jenner! Lol She was a great server, even ran out after us because I left a birthday card on the table! We live in Mahogany and will definitely return!

Was very busy, food was just ok nothing special. Our server was nice but also busy. No side plates for the 6 appies we ordered, asked 4 times for water and 3 beers we asked for were not in the fridge and were warm.

By far the worst service I have ever received. We were there for bowling and dinner. We were ignored regularly by staff. Sat at our table for dinner and did not see a waitress for close to 20 minutes while they all sat behind the bar and talked. We will not be back.

We were disappointed with our first time at this establishment. Very poor service, as they were under staffed. We found the cleanliness to be below par. Sticky tables, sticky menus, dirty glasses, cobwebs on the patio lights. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for dinner as we couldn’t get drinks. We arrived at 5:45pm for our reservation and did not receive our first drink until 6:15. Unfortunately, we don’t plan to return anytime soon.

I booked a regular table for a date night. But then they seated us at a high table right beside the loud games. When we asked to move since the table was too high for me, we were just moved to a regular table still in the middle of the games area with all the families with lots of kids. We couldn’t even hear ourselves think let alone have a conversation. While the food was good and our server great, it made me wonder why we made a reservation if they don’t pay attention to your request? There were lots of other tables available in the not so noisy section.

Interesting place with all the levels. When the doors opened at 11:30 am we were directed upstairs to the patio and signage told us to seat ourselves. I had a reservation made for 11:30 am but there was no hostess to tell. We had our lunch which was fair - nothing to comment on. My only comment later in the day I received a message from Open Table that my reservation had been changed to 3:45 pm - not sure why there was a change and when we had our lunch the place was no where near being full. Waiting to collect my 100 open table points.

From the time we got there until we left it was bad! Ordered drinks and every kind of red wine we chose they were out of! When I did get a glass of red it was terrible. Food came and my steak was over cooked as I asked for it med rare. Waitress was barely around. Didn’t check how food was for sometime by the time she did the rest of my party had finished their dinners. She reordered my steak but it didn’t come until we were leaving and had put it in a to go bag. Manager never came over to apologize at all!! Once home it wasn’t edible. Glad they didn’t charge me for it… Not one to ever complain or do a review but want others to be aware!

We like the bowling here but the food menu isn’t great. The pizza is nice. There seems to be a lot of dishes with a Korean sauce. Didn’t like the seasonal menu options. Dishes are about $5+ more than other places. Payment machine is programmed to give min 18% tip (like many other places now) but we have never had such fantastic service or food that warrants this much tip.
