The Bank is Bude’s resident Cornish tapas bar set alongside the tranquil surroundings of the River Neet in North Cornwall.

We pride ourselves on our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, providing the perfect accompaniment to food made for interaction and sharing. With a variety of seating options to suit all, relax in our main restaurant and take in the stunning views from our uninterrupted glass wall over the Bude Marshes or dine in tranquillity in one of our private dining pods away from the buzz of the main room.
Just a short walk down our beautiful Bude canal and beaches, we welcome all to dine with us, stop for a quick drink or ice cream with takeaway options available to continue your stroll.
The atmosphere is often described as electric and welcoming to all who dine with us.

    We were impressed by the imaginative range of tapas on the menu when we researched where to eat on our trip to Bude. Our reception and service by the young staff was warm ,friendly and helpful and we liked to atmosphere and the enterprise in setting up a tapas restaurant like this. However, sadly, several of the dishes did not live up to our hopes as many were far too salty and over spiced and the calamari were very tough. We have eaten in several tapas restaurants and had better food at those.

    We ordered a lot of food!! Our favourites were the beef stew and dumplings, meatballs with cheese, aubergine and sweet potato fries. Yum yum! Our beagle enjoyed her ice-cream and the complimentary shots and dog biscuits was an added touch. We had a pod which was ideal for our dog who can sometimes be reactive to other dogs but is always keen to make new hooman friends. We will be visiting again Thank you for a lovely evening to end our holiday on

    Amazing place for tapas and we'll worth the visit. The staff we're fantastic and the food was delicious. We walked up from the beach carpark which took about 10 minutes but again, worth it. Will definitely visit again.

    It was a lovely evening made extra speedy the attention of the servers! Excellent service and they all were very helpful in changing our table, as we both wear hearing aids and we were originally sat under a speaker. They helped us choose the number of dishes and were generally very helpful. Would definitely go again! This was my 2nd visit . Thank you
