   Made a reservation and even called the restaurant to confirm that our booking was secured because my elderly dad and friend were joining me to watch the match. We show up to have no reserved seating available. Restaurant showed no initiative to try and fix the situation and one server even laughed at us (even though I believe she was the one who said it was still reserved). Do not recommend coming here unless you can wait in line prior since there is no reserved seating for match days. Staff clearly wasn’t prepared with the influx in customers and weren’t able to serve drinks and food in a timely matter.

   I didn’t find the holiday pop-up to be anything special. It was really just a pub decorated for Christmas, and I’ve had the same experience at pretty much every bar and restaurant I’ve been to this holiday season. Cocktails looked nice but not well balanced at all.

   Great experience! Fun atmosphere, great service, cute and tasty drinks! It was a Christmas theme and was definitely festive. The food was excellent, tasting homemade rather than store-bought. The only downside was the music, which was incredibly loud. I liked it loud and energetic, but it was too much.

   Overall a great place and would go again. Went for a few drinks and some food before a show at the Pearl on Granville, only a 5 min walk away so it was perfect for that too. service and food was great and we go there during happy hour still and took advantage of that while there. Great selection of drinks to choose from. Would recommend if you're looking for good casual environment with food and drinks to match.

   Had a great evening at Ballyhoo! Food and drinks were great. Our server, Andrea handled our large party so well; Reese was super helpful and provided great service (despite not being our server), and was really helpful with our reservation! Totally made a big difference in our experience and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much!

   They accommodated our larger reso (we booked for 6 cause that’s all Open Table would allow, but we had about 10), which can often be annoying for them but they were very hospitable. Beer and pizza were delicious!

   The Ballyhoo was outstanding, and they went above and beyond. We booked for six and ended up having nine people. We would have completely understood if they couldn't accommodate us, given it's a small venue, and it was our fault for not properly saying how many people were going to show up. HOWEVER, they found a way, and they were nothing but amazing the entire evening. The server was so attentive and friendly, all the food and drink was delicious, and every single person remarked afterward on how great the evening was. Thank you, Ballyhoo, for finding a solution, and I hope everyone gives them a chance; you won't be disappointed.

    Was denied entry when seats were available. Could have been a little more arranging.
