With an ever-changing menu full of locally sourced ingredients, chef & owner William Wakefield along with his wife Suzanne and their team are sure to have something for you. Steak night - food was delicious, value for money was so good!! Included 2 drinks along with all the food. Lovely environment & friendly staff!

Our food was absolutely delicious with excellent service . A varied choice of dishes to choose from , could have tried everything. Certainly value for money and cannot wait to return .

The Back Street has fast become our go to place to eat out in Dumfries. Consistently good food and good service. The menu changes frequently so always something new to try. Highly recommend.
