The Avery Kitchen & Bar pays tribute to Tulsa’s rich history as the heart of Route 66. Named after Cyrus Avery, the ‘Father of Route 66,’ our menu offers a culinary journey along the Route, featuring iconic dishes and drinks from cities across America’s legendary highway.

    Normally I do not eat at restaurants embedded in hotels. But, The Avery Kitchen is perhaps the best restaurant I've dined in that is located in a hotel. The menu has a good number and diversity of choices and the service was outstanding.

    Very happy with our choice to dine at the Avery in celebration of our wedding anniversary.. we were taken care of by the manager, maitre’d and our server. Great food . Good menu choices and calm dining experience. Management was full of surprises that enhanced our meal.. we will be back- and recommend to others. We are local to Tulsa but we felt like we were on vacation.. Thank you to the Avery staff.

    We enjoyed cocktails and a delicious brunch at the Avery Kitchen & Bar inside the Hyatt hotel in downtown Tulsa. There were so many menu options but we had breakfast items - the Burrito and the BELT sandwich. Everything was so tasty! We’ll definitely return to try some other menu items.

    We had an excellent server after the theater dinner rush. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. We had to ask for a couple things but they waitstaff promptly responded. If you sit near the patio and smokers are outside you will smell it.

    As soon as I was seated While waiting in my partner I was asked was ready to order. We both had to ask for water and menus. Our entrees came out sloppy and the we had to ask for silverware! Then wait on the then had to ask for salt and pepper. Again with more water. I had to hunt the waiter down pay for the meal after several minutes. Not what we were expecting or enjoyed period

    Great choice for a dinner and show, they are the sponsored restaurant for TPAC and everything was great. We don't ever need to pay to park, they validate our valet parking if we dine at The Avery and see the show. Themed salad was WICKED! I'll be back again

    It was delicious! Appetizer was good— we had the burnt ends. The onion straws didn’t have a lot of flavor but the meat was good— not traditional though. The fact that they had themed drinks and entrees for the show was amazing! We definitely enjoyed and wish we had room for the dessert!
