The restaurant has even been in the news thanks to its signature bacon burger that has appeared in several publications across Florida.The Avenue serves lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Brunch has become an increasingly popular time to visit here, with appetizers like scotch eggs and main dishes like the huevos rancheros, chicken biscuits and a French toast plate served with bacon. During dinner, The Avenue rolls out specialty appetizers like beer-battered chicken bites and Thai nachos topped with mozzarella, peanut sauce, shredded chicken and spicy Sriracha sauce and entrées like fish & chips, corned beef sandwich, chicken parmesan and a salmon filet topped with a housemade sriracha cream sauce.

    This review is based on service, not on food. We arrived to eat lunch there on MLK Day. We asked for our table to include a high chair for my son. Was told very rudely you don't provide high chairs or boosters. I completely understand not offering these items in the evening, but for lunch seems a little ridiculous. Won't ever eat here or Central Mesa again! Seems a bit discriminatory if you ask me.
