   Very good food. Service was really lacking. Our server became invisible, only to find they were downstairs sitting and chatting with the hostess (not a good look). Really odd. Server left us without a refill for our drinks, did not check in at all after taking our order, and no check (one of the other servers kindly printed it and took payment on our server's behalf). We did not have the opportunity to ask for dessert, or better said, we did not want to have to track someone down to order it. I honestly believe this restaurant could be a standout if they are more conscientious about their customer service levels. Seems this was brought up by quite a few patrons in the reviews. Yet, in fairness, several others had great things to say about the service. As we all know, service consistency is king in the restaurant space...and it needs to be a positive memory. Food could be great but poor service can quickly lead to a killjoy. I hope they can get this straightened out and a deeper dive is done to figure out what the weak links are in their service delivery.

   Always a wonderful experience at Atlantic House. They make the best dirty martinis too! Steak bites and Brussels sprouts are my fave. Very friendly staff as well!

   Was a very long long wait fir service. Seemed like not enough servers for a busy warm day. Took a long time to get someone to greet us at first and ask for our drink orders during happy hour. Was very hard to get the waiters attention during happy hour to get the happy hour deals during the happy hour time. Also took a very long time to get our apps we were very hungry and once we got our apps we had the class, coconut shrimp and pretzel. All was very good but needed more bread for class, we asked and took forever by that time they took the clam pot away than later on brought the bread we told them to forget it. We finally put in our dinner order and that was good but overall, food was good but service was very bad and slow just not enough staff.

   The food at Atlantic House was delicious. We were all extremely happy with our meals and appetizers. We got nachos and the pretzel first and they were fantastic. Three of us had the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon. The waiter had no problem with each of us making minor changes to our orders and they all came out just as we asked. One of us had the double burger and was very happy with that. We also shared a dessert that was something like butter cookie banana toffee cake (?) Whatever it was called it was worth the calories!! The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars was that it’s loud so conversation is a little harder & our server was a bit too quick to leave the table without asking if anyone else was needed something. We will definitely go back and soon!

   I could eat their “quesobirria dip” sandwiches every day! I actually crave them when I consider where to go for dinner! The last time we went, which was only our second time, I made a reservation for a “standard” table, not a “high top”, and we got one. The only downside of that was that they only have them upstairs and that is accessed by a long flight of stairs. The good news is that I found out afterwards that they have an elevator! We will use that, next time! (Sometimes stairs hurt!) We are anxious to eat on their rooftop balcony when the weather shifts! This place is a keeper!

   This is the third time I’ve been here and it never disappoints. They have a lot of gluten free options that you normally wouldn’t get other places. They were accommodating to my request to sit down stairs and not at a high top. It’s becoming my favorite place.

    My husband and I love coming here for our date nights. I had the salmon with zucchini noodles special and it was so delicious. My husband love the bone in pork chop and it never disappoints. The house margarita was refreshing and the espresso martini was a perfect way to end the night.
