   CJ was an attentive server. The brunch was delicious, the Bloody Mary was so nice and we enjoyed being in the smaller dining room away from the other guests later in the brunch offering.

   This was my 5th time dining here. The 4th time was such a horrible experience I swore I would never go back. It has NOT improved at all. This place has a management problem. Everyone certainly understands workforce issues but there has been zero improvement with their service staff. Some basic training on how to open a bottle of wine for example. How to present the entrees properly to the diners. How to pour a glass of wine at the table without splashing the wine over the edge of the glass and splashing on one's clients. This place has so much potential if the management would simply train their unqualified service staff in the basics. I will NOT return until I have proof they've turned it around. Food, for the most part, is good. Beware! For the cost of the food and drinks, consumers expect more! Give them a GREAT experience or hire new management.

   We had an amazing dining experience at The Ashbrook. The ambience, crafted cocktails, and meal were exceptional. Our server added to the perfection of the evening. A must visit in Frankfort!

   We had a wonderful Easter brunch with our family. The service was very good and the french press coffee was delicious. Thank you

   We had brunch after Church and had great service and wonderful food! My photo didn’t turn out well but I had their ceasar salad with salmon, my husband had the hot brown sandwich and my daughter had the tart, we had to get “to go” boxes and look forward tobfinidjing it later. We will go back!

   The venue is lovely. It would be nice if something could be done to help with acoustics. If server had not been so overwhelmed, we might not have had the time to critique our experience quite so much. Highlights were the burger, the onion tart, the chicken salad sandwich and the desserts were outstanding!

   Food was excellent the desserts were awesome and our server Bernadette took great care of us. The hotel/restaurant is very cool and beautiful. A must stop for your trip or just another Thursday nite!

   Our dinner took over an hour to arrive and when it did arrive every single dish out of the 8 were cold. Not warm, cold. The waitress said she was surprised by this as she watched the chef prepare our dishes. I very rarely write reviews in general and it’s even more rare for me to write a bad review. But this was just unacceptable. For the price per meal to be this high and all of our dishes are cold it’s just mind boggling. The manager did take 50% off our entire bill but never came out to apologize. Communication is key and there was zero communication when our food was taking so long and to try and pass cold dinners off like you didn’t know they were cold is odd to me.

    The sirloin was excellent and the sauce on the linguini was wonderful. I had the Brie as an appetizer and loved it. Service was perfect.
