The Arch is a elegant yet casual upscale restaurant. Everything about the atmosphere is meant to relax guests and make them feel at home. The Arch does this through the jazz that is played softly in the background, as well as the warm table lamps that illuminate each table. The seats closest to the windows overlook The Arch's garden, where the kitchen staff hand picks the herbs needed for various dishes. This is an ideal place for a romantic evening out with someone special.

The menu at The Arch is entirely a la carte. There is primarily classic French dishes on the menu, with a few new American classics added in as well. Popular items include the Herb Cured Gravlax, Baked Escargot with herb garlic butter, Honey Roasted Duckling, and Daube of Beef Bourguignonne.

Great dining experience. We had a personal situation where we were late and they completely understood and accommodated us. The food was very good and the staff was outstanding. A little pricey but the food and service made it worth it. Also it was very pretty inside and outside.

Classic French Food was excellent. Especially enjoyed the cheese soufflé, beef Wellington and duck. This is a wonderful special occasion restaurant. Improvement over past owners in that menu is not prix fixe for too many courses. This is a standard menu. Proteins are a generous size.

First time there, they greeted me like an owner…the staff is dedicated to perfection…what a gem, I will be going back.. I rated it five stars…all categories, if I could I would give it more… the food was special…the staff was special and they made me feel special…cannot ask for more.

We had an excellent meal at The Arches. My wife had the special Salmon and I had the poulet. Both were excellent. The service was professional and always aware of what we needed. We ate outside which was beautiful and quiet. I can strongly recommend the Arches.

It was my husbands birthday. We had a great time. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. Zenel has a surprise entree for my husband and myself. It was excellent and prepared just the way we liked it. In general alot of salt is used on the meals. Less salt could be used. I'm a salt lover, however some of the meals have too much even for me. The bearnaise sauce the chef made was excellent. The appetizer, Soufflé au Fromage was a bit disappointing. It came out more like a pancake than a Souffle. I had it here before and it was an actual puffy souffle. However, it tasted delicious. The dessert Sabayon for Two also out of this world. I wanted to try this dessert since the new owners took over. I finally had a chance to do so. I felt like having more! We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals. Thank you, Zenel and team for making my husband's birthday extra special.

Marvelous dinner after a flat tire at Dia Beacon. Road service did not show up so I, white slacks and jacket ,changed the tire myself. Despite being an hour late for the reservation, the staff could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating. After a cleanup in the clean and tasteful washroom, a chilled martini erased the preceding two hours followed by delicious food ( try the chicken!!) and efficient service. New ownership hit a home-run.

first time here since new owners took over. Have always liked the quaint spaces to eat. Server was amazing. We had Asparagus, and Artichoke and they were delicious. Then duck and branzino. There was plenty of duck and fish, but the duck may have been a touch over. It is (has always been) a bit pricey, and compared to how some places move you out quickly - they will not.

Overrated and does not live to the expectation of French cuisine. On the plus side: nice atmosphere, attentive servers, good soufflé, a variety of wine quality and price points On the minus side: $27 “crab and lobster gateau” which is nothing else than basic crab cake but excessively salty (almost inedible), Champagne drink prepared with prosecco, bland charred asparagus appetizer, over cooked and small portion for grouper fish entree (which was otherwise nice) Clearly, if The Arch wants to play in that restaurant category ($300+ for 2), they have to up their game.

Mixed experience. Too expensive. Steaks excellent. Desserts were mediocre. All a la carte. My soufflee came flat and totally tasteless. We were disappointed in the meal unfortunately.
