   We returned to The Arch after having moved out of the area 6 years ago. We had known the previous owners so that was the most difficult part of the return! We were greeted nicely and had a nice chat at the bar before our other parties arrived. The drinks were excellent. The dining room was VERY chilly. The menu was very nice with some carry over dishes. All the dishes ordered were good, not quite the same caliber as before. We wish the new owners much success, but maybe when the temps outside are only in the 40’s, it would be nice to have a warm room in which to dine.

   The Arch is a beautiful, gracious restaurant that has been recently remodeled and has a new owner and chef. We have gone to the Arch for many years and it has always been a traditional, elegant but comfortable French restaurant. I am happy to report that the "new" Arch is a worthy follow up to its predecessor. The menu has a variety of dishes including favorites like escargot and chocolate soufflé. The fish of the day was a Black Sea Bass and it was delicious. There are excellent wines at a variety of price points which is appreciated. Service was friendly. The seasoned servers of yore are no longer with the restaurant but the new crew is trying and will certainly grow with time. If you are looking for a special, cozy yet elegant restaurant serving a mix of traditional and updated French classics, look no further. We are so happy The Arch is back!

   We are regulars at the supper club. This month the meal choices were outstanding. The desserts were also amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will continue to make this our "date night".

   I have never been there before. Considering the excellent reviews I was a little disappointed. First, the restaurant was incredibly noisy and I would not return because of that alone. The service was fine and the food ok but it’s on the expensive side and nothing special

   The food was excelent. The service was great at first. But when the place filled up the service staff was very scarce! Not sure if it was the Kitchens fault or the wait staff. A little too much money to spend for mediocre service.

   Staff attentive and pleasant. Food much better than average, although desserts continue to disappoint. Recent renovations did not improve the restaurant experience. The small rooms had mirrors removed and walls darkened, leaving one with the feeling of dinning in a closet. And why didn't they sand and refinish the railing for the front steps?
