The service was absolutely phenomenal. We celebrated our anniversary and the pulled out all the stops- welcome glass of champagne, a shared snack, and dessert all compliments of the chef. The food was great as was the ambiance. Despite it being a hotel restaurant, this is definitely one you want to go to for special occasions. They have an extensive wine list with lots of Italian options and some nice cocktails. I also plan to go to the bar at some point to try one or two. Five star experience!

Fabulous. Our server, Kat, was attentive and unobtrusive. Brunch was everything we wanted it to be, and honestly my filet is now my new standard for best steak. Also, do yourself a favor and have the bakery basket to start. From start to finish, a first class experience.

We enjoyed the bar and the dining experience. All the food and drinks were great. The food coming out was a bit slow but it was made up for with how wonderful the food was.

Very disappointed in my expectations of The Americano. Was visiting ATL and wanted a great Sunday brunch experience with my husband. Chose Americano based on reviews and the live band. Restaurant was empty at 12pm, so should have known it wasn't gonna be good. Server was nice, but took 20 mins to get drinks and place orders, even though there was literally 2 tables of customers. Food was bland, had to get salt and pepper to add flavor. Eggs are the cheap ones served at continental breakfasts. Bacon had no flavor, never knew that was possible. Wagyu hash tasted just like regular pot roast, nothing notable. Our 2 meals plus 2 drinks was $100! Totally not worth it.

Would consider this a hole-in-the-wall! The bolognese is to DIE for and honestly the best pasta I’ve had in ATL. Service is phenomenal. It’s never as busy but don’t let that fool you because their food is so good!
