The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue.

Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment.

As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations.

The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.

We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

Absolutely beautiful meal which we couldn’t fault. The menu choice was superb. The chefs did an outstanding job. Great value for money.

Once again, a great experience. From the lovely young lady who took our orders to the those who served our food and cleared the table, impeccable. It was lovely to hear from the teacher, and meet the behind the scenes students, those who worked so hard to prepare the meals.

It's always a pleasure to meet the students at this restaurant. They are very attentive and go out of their way to attend to patrons. The food is always exceptional and it's great to meet the chefs who prepared your meal.

What a wonderful experience to be served and fed by our upcoming hospitality stars! It was a most enjoyable evening. The waitstaff were understandably a little nervous to start, but they very quickly relaxed and were friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding: prepared and cooked to an exceptionally high standard, and beautifully presented. It was such a positive atmosphere with everyone supporting each other, and we left feeling uplifted and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to all involved.
