   We had the calari and it was very bland, but the marinara sauce helped. We had burger and we weren't happy with it. Ordered medium well and it was overcooked and some parts of the patty were burnt.

   The space was clean and modern. Even in a fully booked hotel, it wasn’t busy for breakfast. But it seemed understaffed since it took about 35 min for our order to be taken and our food to arrive. Quiche was simple but good, as was the breakfast burrito and the cornflake crusted walleye sandwich. Bill was tallied incorrectly and had to wait longer for that to be fixed. Overall the staff and restaurant were pleasant but would skip if I was in any hurry.

   Food was outstanding. The espresso martini was the best one I've had by far our server, Taya was outstanding. I will definitely be eating at this restaurant a lot!

   I truly had a terrible experience. Our waitress was completely inattentive. I ordered a whiskey sour, which got put in a martini glass and tasted awful. The artichoke dip was okay, but it had crushed red peppers and some other flavoring that made it just not taste "right." The chips were beyond overcooked. The "hickory smoked" wings were Asian BBQ and again were not horrible, but not as expected either. We ate our appetizers and left.

   For offering a special high end meal for Valentine's Day, there was nothing in the ambiance which leaned into the special day. No decorations at all. A cheap electric candle on the table had a dead battery. No flower or simple touches on the tables. Our server was not familiar with attention to details when bringing the courses to the table. Twice we waited for the correct utensils to arrive so we could begin to eat. The food itself was worth the experience, but the ambiance and service were lacking.

   Our server was great, as was the food. Great ambience, could hear ourselves talk. We were very happy with our meal.

   Staff was very friendly. Received our food in a very reasonable amount of time. Food was very good and prices were reasonable

   Perfect place to meet. Friendly, efficient waitstaff. Highly recommend salmon! We all enjoyed the food, ambiance and ease of parking.

    The dinner menu was...lacking. The lunch menu seems more expansive. The wood fired pizza(only restaurant in Battle Creek to offer this) was just ok. The space itself is beautiful with great views of the downtown area.
