   Better than expected chicken caesar salad, but music was way too loud and it was difficult to hear anything being said. The servers were pleasant but one really didn’t want to be working at that moment. The vibe was strange. What is this restaurant about? Two guards stand at the door, lots of tv screens placed near the ceiling, nice furniture but only a few tables occupied on a Saturday evening, and music at deafening levels. We couldn’t get a read on what was happening.

   Booked the restaurant for brunch on my anniversary. I arrive at the restaurant, the doors were unlocked but the restaurant was literally empty. No employees, no lights on, chairs on tables. I've neve heard of such an unprofessional restaurant experience in my life.

   Good spot but not for football. Owner rather play club music than to play the sounds from the game. We had one drink and left to the 40/40 club where the atmosphere was perfect for playoff football especially with the NY Giants playing.

   Mike the manager was a great guy and ver accommodating. Unfortunately the DJ played the music during football and it was too loud. When finally he played audio for game it was massively loud and impossible to talk without screaming

   Not impressed at all - I thought you couldn’t go wrong in NYC but this place proved me wrong. Food was mediocre, vibe was mediocre..had to run to a coffee shop to grab coffee and wake up. Would not recommend this to anyone…

    Ainsworth cancelled our reservation randomly day of- then did give us a table for 2 when we had 3 people. Front of house staff very rude. But wait staff very nice.

    Kind of an odd first time visit. We made a reservation on OT, and the restaurant called to confirm, and we said yes we would be there. When we got to the restaurant they had a sign out front stating that there was a private event going on. Two big bouncers were standing out front, and it felt more like the entrance of a club, and one for which we were not invited. The doormen were not helpful at all, and I had to show them our reservation on my phone to get in (we almost just left). We went inside and the place was mostly empty. Everything else ok, but it sure was not very inviting, and as if they did not really care if they were full or not. They could probably double their revenue just by a friendlier front door situation.

    The Ainsworth Chelsea was not open for my reservation. This is despite Open Table taking a deposit of $10 a person before arriving. Poor experience from both the app and vendor.

    Restaurant was closed. No information said otherwise that it was open. Not there website. Not the Instagram. Not open table yet. It's still took my reservation. It took my credit card to make the reservation. Absolutely unacceptable

    This place was boarded up and not answering the phone and had a full voicemail box. Took a credit card to make reservation and this is what we got. Stuck in 20 degree weather trying to find a new restaurant. Open table should not allow reservations to be here.

    We ate dinner here very early on a Monday before a concert, so very few people in the restaurant. It was perfect for our needs and the food was good!

    The food we ordered was good, a burger and salads, however both the food and drink menus were outdated on the website. They send you to the site to view the menu and they didn’t have a lot of items that we had wanted.

    We actually couldn’t stay because the music was so loud and the restaurant was maybe 10% full on a Sunday evening. Management should have a better handle on the music level when there are only 10 diners.

    I was looking for a spot to have great food, catch part of the football game and catch up with my girlfriend. We had an overall good experience...loved the DJ but the music was just a touch loud leaving us to have to raise our voices; my choice for a meal and liquor choices (2) were not available which was unusual being that it was early in the day (as opposed to it being later in the day/evening) .

    I think I should've went to another location, because my experience wasn't great. The waiter seemed very passive and unpleasant about my party using the pulse app voucher. My food took long and the items I wanted on the menu were out of stock.

    While the restaurant itself was well decorated, the ambiance was awful. Loud hip hop music with lots of explicit words (full of n-word and offensive swears) with all the 42 tvs playing nothing but 2 college football games. Service was poor (we were totally ignored) and food was basic pub fare. Drinks were excellent, however. Despite that, this is not a place we'll revisit.

    Overall I thought the service was poor. There’s over 40 TVs and we asked to watch a premiere league game and were told no since football was on. Football didn’t start for another 30/45 minutes so it seemed a little obnoxious. Also if serving brunch you would think that coffee would be a thing on the menu - when asked the waitress laughed and told us to go down the block. We had a few items that were tweaked in ordering and none of them were right - no jalapeños on burgers, not asking how are burgers should be cooked, etc. There were a few other things. The waitress was also missing for a good chunk in the beginning even though we were her only table. The food was good but overall the service was lackluster and we probably won’t be going back.

    Great service! The burger from my Mac and Cheese burger was cooked perfectly medium, juicy and seasoned to perfection. The macaroni was both over (sooooooo much mac!) and underwhelming (not the best tasting. Not nasty, just not GREAT mac). Drinks were strong but flavorful. Music was current hits. Great vibe!
