Made the reservation because we were driving through Louisville. Was quite surprised to find the restaurant closed and apparently not operating since December. Why does OpenTable leave it up o. The platform?

The restaurant isn't even open so I'm not for sure why we were allowed to book a reservation

This place is closed down, it would have been nice to know before we drive their after making a reservation on Open Table.

The new menu is excellent - and is receiving rave reviews in the neighborhood. Service was great and food was spectacular.

We were slow to take our order. Appetizer first came out Luke warm so sent it back. Both meals were lacking seasoning and salt and pepper had to be asked for. I would say this place needs some attention to correct some things.

The Nachos were great to share and the special drinks were great priced.

Service was very amateurish and un-attentive. Menu not up to date on website. Applied auto gratuity on a 2-top.

Had a great dinner with our kids and grandchildren-everyone loved their meal and we enjoyed the TV's to watch basketball.

Everything was good. Service was great. Only thing is they have changed their brand of Malbec and it is NOT good.

It was just meh dining experience. I wish it had stated somewhere there is no way to get away from multiple tb screens and loud sound. I didn’t give them poor marks for noise because the restaurant was almost empty. My guess it is very noisy when full not including noise from tvs. The food was just ok. I had wine and the by the glass red I chose was very good. The menu doesn’t have much selection.

Server seemed less than interested, kept having to get up and get our own stuff...a glass...a spoon...etc

Excellent service, excellent food. One member of our group had a concussion and requested a quiet table. The hostess turned the music in our section down to barely noticeable which created a much better experience for everyone

We enjoyed dinner there. Only area needing some improvement would be some acoustical panels for knocking down some of the loud noise. All in all the waitresses worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our dinner.

Large open seating area with bar.. Nearly empty on a Friday night (thought it was closed). Nice atmosphere, quiet. Good service. Better cocktails than food. Nothing bad, but not notable either.

502 has had it's ups and downs and it seems to be one a down again. When I compare other restaurants where I spend $100 for two on a meal, 502 just doesn't compare well at all. When we got to the restaurant we were told they were out of shrimp and mussels--these are key ingredients in several menu items. And they were out of 1 of the specials. All this an it was only 6:30 pm on a Saturday night!

The service was fine. The fish tacos just didn't excite. There just wasn't anything particularly interesting about them. They were passable. The bar has been set pretty high with tacos and they didn't reach it. One dinner companion complained that the steak slices were tough and not very good. He's had this before at 502 and it was much better. My wife got a salad where she asked for ranch dressing and she was served blue cheese. She doesn't at all like blue cheese so she had to send it back for another.

Very disappointing and not worth what they were charging.

We had a fantastic meal for my boyfriend's birthday at The 502! The services was friendly, the music was good (a bit loud, but we chose to sit out there.) The cookie dessert wa a bit overdone but aside from that everything was amazing. The sliders are to die for!

I loved my first visit a few weeks ago but disappointed the 2nd time. The Harvest Bowl was delicious but menu changed and it is gone. Hopefully it will come back! The calamari was so unique, love it and good value. The nachos have cheese SAUCE and it was awful, pasty, cold quickly.

Good sliders...crispy calamari...and one the best Cubans I have had in a while.

Dinner with a friend, we both had BLT’s and substituted the Brussel sprouts as a side. They were delicious as was the BLT. The service was good and wine selection was excellent.

Every time we have dinner here is an awesome experience. We've been so lucky to have been seated in Kayla's section the last 3 visits and she is fantastic. The burgers and Brussels sprouts were yummy and the Pom Sangria hit the spot. Can't wait to go back soon.

502 is a neighborhood restaurant. Went with a friend for a catch-up-and-chat dinner. Quiet, not many patrons indoors. Service was prompt but unhurried (see above reference to "chat"), food good without being pretentious.

The space at 502 is really nice and inviting. Our server was friendly and accommodating - however water glasses were left empty and we had to ask for them to be refilled. Our food was not very good. Four of us had the Caesar salad, tomato soup, flatbread, meatball appetizer, fried chicken and power bowl. We agreed the meatballs were terrible. The fried chicken was dry. All in all, we were pretty disappointed.

Great food and great service! Dustin, Edward, and Kayla (dark hair) always do a great! Love the white sangria!

Always order the shrimp and grits! The best!

The steak with asparagus and fingerling potatoes was delicious. They seem to do a good job of offering both casual dining, bar food, and a more high end menu. Nice outdoor patio.

Father’s Day Great food! Little different than other restaurants so we were able to try something new. The waiter was attentive but did not rush us at all. We were able to sit as long as we wanted and enjoy each other’s company. We had a great time and look forward to going again!!

Live music on a Saturday was an added bonus to an excellent meal we had celebrating my dad. He loved the steak, I had the pork chop which was also excellent. Great spot in Norton Commons!

Food and service were very good but it was very loud. Overall great experience and I will be back - maybe outside next time!!!

Mother’s Day; didn’t have anything special. Small menu in general, mainly bar food. Wine selection is all cheap wine. Great bourbon selection though.

Very lucky to have 502 in our wonderful neighborhood! The current staff is great!
