   They were clearly short staffed, even so… the food did not come as listed or ordered, the staff was not knowledgeable, everything was delayed, and the wine is extremely overpriced. Like the local concept, would not go back, way better options elsewhere here.

   We sat at 6:45 by 8 pm we had not been served. We had ordered salads. They couldn’t tell us when our food would be served. We left hungry.

   Nice outdoor umbrella tables and chairs in a busy outdoor mall area. Fun flights of margaritas to taste with large wine selection. Creative lunch menu with many gluten free options. Serve complimentary artisan popcorn vs. bread to keep it GF.

    We had a delicious healthy meal. We all ordered either the grouper or the mahi mahi with mixed vegetables and potatoes. Service was good. Nice eating outside. It got a little cool so they were kind enough to bring us a heater.

    Server seemed disinterested with no follow up on drinks or anything. The food is overpriced. We had the grouper tacos and very small piece of grouper was inside without any sides.

    Waiter not attentive- took a long time for him to come over to take our order. Kitchen very, very slow . 40 minutes to get our food. Once we were able to flag our waiter down he told us unable to make fries at the time(which came with meal)… we just wanted our food. Once food came I will say, it was tasty. Waiter did offer potatoes as a substitute .

    Service and food were. Excellent. A little pricey. Could not hear each other when singer came half way through dinner and set up next to us. Far too loud with speakers !

    I was excited for my 1st dining experience at “The 239” , looking forward to fresh, locally sourced & healthy food. Unfortunately, my dining experience was a disappointment. The server was inattentive & distracted, not helpful with the menu or answering questions. The vegetables on our entrees (ginger bowls & grilled grouper) were overcooked & soggy. The grouper was overcooked & dry as well. An appetizer order of coconut shrimp was extremely overcooked & very dry. The cocktails were unsatisfactory, one delivered with a floating insect & the “mule” in a small glass, not a copper mug. I had to ask for bar naps 4 times to accommodate the sweating glasses and never received ice for my water despite several requests. An entree of pasta with added chicken was embarrassing for both the amount of chicken and the dryness. I found it useless to bring my concerns to the attention of the server or manager. Neither was interested in providing any solutions or customer satisfaction, other than removing the insect from the cocktail. Sadly, I must extend a poor rating for both service & product.

    Had the beet salad & chicken sandwich. Both were extremely nondescript and basically tasteless; especially for the price point. A lot of the accompanying fries were cold & hard. Service was ok, but not great; again, especially for the price point. Wit so many excellent restaurants in Naples, we will it be going back.

    Based on reviews, we expected better. The flatbread was very good. The pasta carbonara was sticky and flavorless. One grouper dish was slightly overcooked. The other grouper was so-so. We felt we've had better for less at other places.

    Had some girlfriends in town and wanted to be on a patio for lunch. Our food was great, and server very attentive. Tried a few cocktails that were delicious. There was a live entertainment which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will def be back!

    Originally had outside seating- requested inside and was put into a huge semicircle booth ( just 2 of us). Difficult to talk to each other- food just ok but very expensive- $53 for a salad and a glass of wine.
