   As is always the case the lovely team at 1867 provided excellent service and looked after us very well. The food was fresh, tasty and prepared just for us not pulled out the freezer. We took some VE cake home which was really delicious thank you. The place us always clean and looking pristine. I have been here many times and never ever had bad quality or service. It's a great place for couples to lunch, business people to get a meeting and lovers to meet in private. Enjoy because booking a table here leads to happiness and an old style version of perfect service. You will never be disappointed.

   We had booked a table and upon sitting there it was very draughty. We were very impressed that although we hadn't complained a member of staff came and offered us a warmer table which was very gratefully accepted. The food was excellent, tasty and hot too. This was our second visit in a month as we were so impressed by our first one

   Wow what a superb place . Was greeted by friendly staff straight away and shown to our table .It was my sons birthday so they had kindly got him a balloon , birthday card and little bottle of Prosecco superb customer service and such nice surprize . Don’t know any other cafe that does this so is excellent xtra social touch . Coffee was gorgeous along with ham salad and chill jacket potatoe . Staff at till whom took our money was superb just the friendliest staff member and very good at her job . Will deffo go again and thoroughly recommend . Need to book which we did as gets very popular .

   We always try to pop in to have a light lunch lunch / coffee whilst visiting the Heart of the Shires. Booking advisable, as peak times are truly busy, but if you do chance a visit , they will call you when a table is free , so you can carry on shopping until, which is an excellent service. Everyone are polite and friendly, and the food is served without delay . Highly recommended visit and trip out . Finally you can ask for a quieter area , as they do have some larger tables at times ,so suitable for all needs .

   Always a pleasure to visit, staff are just lovely and food excellent. It was rather noisy with one particular table making a great deal of noise, perhaps people could be mindful of other diners, but that has nothing to do with the place

   Everything was spot on, including the balloon and on leaving a little bottle of prosecco and card signed by everyone. My wife loved it. We will be coming back again, Thankyou

   I’d recommend booking a table. Eaten here a few times whilst visiting heart of the shires. (Unfortunately never gotten her name, although I think it’s Jackie) but the lady who is always on the front desk is always welcoming and lovely. Very accommodating, in the past when we haven’t booked we haven’t ever been turned away if they’re full inside, there’s always been an effort made to get us in and seated. I booked today for the first time. My table was ready early and someone (I believe Jackie) called me to let me know we could come earlier if we wanted. The choices of food is enough for a lunchtime meal. The cakes always look delicious and the coffee is nice too!

   Extremely warm welcome by the team. Prompt quick service food was lovely. I had a balloon on my table as it was my birthday and was given a mini bottle of Prosecco and a card when leaving.

    Sadly I feel that it is very poor value for money and too many bookings are taken leading to feeling rushed to vacate table
