My boyfriend and I enjoyed the tater tots and roasted cauliflower. We also enjoyed their pasta, buffalo chicken meatball skillet and falafel balls.

We visited on a Friday night and the place was hoppin'. Food was unique and very tasty. We both enjoyed our meal and the service was good. We'd definitely go back.

It was over all good. Would go back again. Broccoli Rabe was gross and lacked flavor though, stay away from that. Otherwise, no serious complaints.

This is a fun place to eat. Great meatballs, pasta and other great choices. Kid friendly. Order the giant PRETZEL as an appetizer. Delicious. Extensive beer menu as well. I recommend this place. First time here...will surely go back.

The service was very slow. The waiter announced the wrong dishes which caused a mix up. The food came out at different times leaving some dishes cold as we waited for the entire table to be served. The toddler dish was served last. It took 20 minutes to receive desert after it was ordered and when it was received the gelato was melted. There was not compensation offered for any issues.

The food was pretty good, nothing special but good. Everything else was pretty much bad. I have been to their Patchogue location and was pretty happy. That location has a large bar area, and a more secluded dining room. This location also has a large bar area, and a dining loft upstairs. However, the dining room is not separated enough from the bar, making the noise level way too loud for dinner. I could not talk to my wife sitting across from me (note, I'm in my 20s and not hard of hearing). Throughout the dinner, the bus boy hovered and lurked over tables to remove dirty dishes and silverware. At one point, he took my wife's plate off the table while she was taking a bite of her meatball slider. He reached for my plate and silverware as I was taking my last bite of my meal as well. Then, while we were waiting for the check, they turned on flashing colored lights that shone directly on our table and were obnoxious and headache inducing. Won't be back.

Good food and service. Just a bit loud on a Friday night, if you want to have dinner conversation.

The eggplant meatball was good but the chicken parm and lobster risotto were flavorless. The pretzel for an appetizer was good but the sauces, not so much.

Way too loud. We made dinner reservations and arrived at the kind of scene I’d expect at a rowdy nightclub, not a gastro pub. They even IDed us and made us get stamped on our hands before letting us in for our reserved table. I honestly thought we had arrived at the wrong place. The hostess was extremely nice and seated us quickly, but the tables were tiny and cramped, and the noise level was unbearable (not to mention the seriously outdated music playing on volume 99 over the speakers) We wound up getting a drink and then leaving to go have dinner elsewhere.

Came here as a group for brunch. The service was wonderful, our waitress was great.

The French toast skillet, flatbread, and pretzel were all really good. The chicken waffle meatballs and my eggs and hash were bland.

Overall, although the service was great, I don't think we'll be eating here again.

Our waitress kept telling us not to order what we had chosen because it was bad! She took very long to bring menus then long to come take orders. The portions were very small. And when we got home every one had upset stomachs! We wont be back

We were here for an early dinner on Saturday night. We sat in the bar area, which was a bit loud, but not crazy-loud. We enjoyed our meatballs and zucchini noodles. We each got a different meatball so we were able to share. The chicken parmesan meatballs were really good. Looking forward to returning.

Very busy bar crowd with live music. Lots of variety on the menu. Being Italian, the beef meatballs were just ok. Didn't try any others, but it's obviously good because this place is always busy.

This was my first time at That Meetball Place. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was out of this world. Italian, but better than most "neighborhood" Italian restaurants. The choices were new and fresh and attractively plated. The salad we had was "picture perfect". The red red tomato pieces on the very fresh romaine and the rest of the ingredients were not only fresh but very colorful. Dressing was just right. Not too vinegary. I had meatballs served over ravioli served on a board with a skillet. Different. The sauce was outrageous. Loved it! The meatballs were seasoned to perfection. My friend had a huge plate of chicken meatballs over penne. Yum! Our waitress was delightful and the service was outstanding. We definitely will be back. We have touted the restaurant to our friends because we were so impressed. Maybe because we are "seniors" it was a bit noisy for us and difficult to have a conversation, but we plan on coming back regardless. The food was too good to miss!

The first time we ate here the meal was really good so this time we came back with another group of friends. The drinks were great! The food seemed like it was frozen and the sauce out of a can. Nothing tasted freshly made.

Overall oit first visit was very good. The Brooklyn Barrata was good as were the meetballs in my sampler. Classic, Buffalo Chicken and Lobster Risotto. We also has the Spicy Risotto side.
We sat upstairs where the noise level was tolerable, still pretty loud. Our server Tami was great !! I expect to return

The food was great and the price was reasonable. We went on a Friday evening when they had live music. The music was so loud that you couldn't hear people at your table. We also felt the service was lacking. My party was seated for a long time before a server came and acknowledged our table. Once our food came we never saw them again. We would definitely go back to try the place again but probably would be selective of the night we went.
