Bathrooms were dirty, no soap in men’s room, service was poor, waited a long time for a bottle of wine, clam cakes were dry, stuffed quahogs were burnt. The atmosphere in the patio/tent area was loud. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they made significant changes!

Friday night fun. Music by Colby James and Jay Pacheco, made the night a blast. Good drinks, good service, good food. We will be back!

Had a great date night! Our server was attentive, the food and drinks came out in a timely manner. There was live music which was an added bonus that we were not expecting, definitely recommend!

The live entertainment and location were great. The food was sub par and the service okay at best.

Nice lunch spot. I appreciated having a lobster roll mid-winter with a water view! Great outside/covered patio seating for pandemic safety, but disappointed to see dead palms as ambiance. Either replace dead plants with live plants or remove completely.

Waiter was top-notch — friendly, knew entire drinks/food menus and offered suggestions w/enthusiasm. Checked-in with us at least a half-dozen times over the course of an hour evening dinner. He smiled, shared, just seemed to love his job!

Love the food , view and staff! A great restaurant for enjoying food and atmosphere ! Been there many times and have never been disappointed! Can’t wait to go back again!!!👍

We went there for a casual dinner on New Year’s Eve and it was very good! The waitstaff is top notch and always on their game. Great place to stop in anytime!

The service is the best in Rhode Island. The staff goes out of their way to make it a good experience. The food is some of the best anywhere. I find the food to better than the what you would get on Federal Hill and at a much better price.

We have been dining at Thames Waterside for years. This year the chef and food have been excellent. And of course we always receive great service from Megan and Christina. The views are the best in Bristol.

We both ordered meals. The vegetable on both was brussell sprouts, not a fan!!! Maybe you should offer a variety of veggies!!

We had a reservation, but had to wait due to a backlog of diners. Our seating was perfect...right on the water. Our young waiter was gracious and helpful. Food was very good. Location is perfect!

Requested inside ended up outside (too cold for outside). Seems they overbooked because long wait even with reservations.
Had a special, waiter told us one price but the check showed $8 more. We both heard the same price for the special

We have never had a bad experience here. The location is perfect, service is friendly and fast, and the food is awesome.

Nice spot on the water. Food was good but nothing special. Service took a while but it seemed like the waitress had a lot of tables which isn’t her fault. She was very nice. On the open table app it said “view Bill” when I clicked on it it was completely the wrong Bill. We got a full meal with one beer...the Bill showed three cocktails and no food, was a little confused by that. Overall I’d say go there for the location not the food.

We were here on Thursday with friends and we had Megan as our server she was awesome- so awesome that we came back again on Saturday and asked for Megan again. Sadly she was off but we were once again blessed with Great service when we had Sara as our waitress! She was also equally as awesome and friendly as Megan! Great food Great service and we got super lucky that it was 75 degrees on this beautiful November afternoon on the water in Bristol. We sat outside and enjoyed every minute! Never felt rushed and even the busboy was extra courteous!
The new fall Menu was superb- i wish they had superfood salad all year long but that was ok and got us to change it up. We ordered appetizers- Shortrib Arancini, Short Rib Crostini the Calamari and wings- all excellent! Onion soup , Clam Chowder both very good !!! Chicken cesar wrap was a good size and sow was the Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad!

Fabulous location on the water, great food and excellent service. Plus it’s adjacent to a very nice pedestrian path so you can walk off your meal.

We left. Their outside seating was on a plastic enclosed deck with no open window/door ventilation or fans. We did not feel safe during a pandemic.

We felt safe, the food was tasty, the portions were generous, our server was helpful. We would definitely go again.

The food was and drinks were great. A little pricey. We felt social distancing could have been a little better. Tables seemed to close. Wait staff great!

Even on a day of drizzle, the atmosphere and view of the water is still beautiful. The service is always excellent and the food is consistently delicious.

Overall very good! Clam chowder was the best we had all week. Tuna steak was very good. Everything else was good as well. The interior decor leaves a little to be desired but I’m guessing if it was warm and the wall/tarps on the porch were up we’d never have noticed!! We’d go back.
