They didn’t have our booking as they didn’t check OpenTable so I had to show them the app to prove the booking. They also forgot 1 of our drinks which we had to chase 3 times. Curry itself was really nice but the rice was undercooked and hard. Lots of flies about as well. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

We have been going for the Sunday buffet for quite a few years now. As always food is amazing. However. Our last visit was drowned out but unruly children who were so loud that we could not hear ourselves speak. When they had gone we did not realise there was background music on. This did spoil the service as they were constantly going over to this family, so we waited a few times which is unusual. Staff should have asked for them to quite down as far too loud.

Food and value are outstanding.sometimes the service is slow ,I think mostly because there are not enough waiting staff. Saying that the staff that are there are very polite and lovely people.

Booked for my partners birthday, When we arrived it looked like the resteraunt was being cleaned dirt all up the stairs. Once we sat down and looked at the dirty tatty menus we ordered. Starter was very small and the ribs had a horrible sauce on them when we asked the waitress what it was she didn't have a clue, and didn't even go and ask the chef. Mains then came out and to be honest a microwave meal would have looked more appetising, the food was swimming in Grease and the meat tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Also the curry we ordered looked more like soup. Found the staff slightly un professional and clueless. I would not reccomend and I will not be returning.

Never in my life have I experienced anything so bad. Got there at 6:15, made it very clear we needed to be out by 7:30 for the Theatre. By 6:35 we hadn’t been seen, called the waitress over to order drinks, got them 10 minutes later, then asked for menus. It took another 10 minutes to order, but they would only take the starter. The table next to us had only a starter in the 45 minutes we were the there. At 7:05 we walked out and went to Gourmet Burger, which was at least quick! At The Thai there were glasses stacked up on the bar, tables not cleaned, it was utterly shocking. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

Went on valentines day, just me and my husband . Was in the restaurant for over 2 and a half hours! Was only able to get 1 drink each. Took an hour to even get starters then just over another hour to get mains. We tried to leave before mains as had booked the cinema and was told our food was just coming, and we would get a big discount. We waited another 20 minutes food came, and wasn't great. Asked for the bill, (that was a challenge in itself theres only 2 waitresses doing bar and waiting). They tried to give us a £5 discount for being stuck there over 2 and a half hours for two courses, and only one drink each in that time. Tons of people was walking out, there was terrible vibe as everyone was complaining. We was the first bookings as had dinner at 6pm so had people waiting over half an hour for our table they booked. Would not return again
