Le VOLT propose une cuisine américaine moderne. Voltaggio affirme que son objectif est de combiner des saveurs classiques, en créant des plats sophistiqués qui mettent l'accent sur les saveurs de pureté et saisonnières qui sont basés sur des techniques fondamentales et novatrices. La relation du VOLT avec les agriculteurs locaux assure une disponibilité des produits pour satisfaire la philosophie qui se cache derrière le menu servi dans un lieu historique raffiné où le classique rencontre le moderne. De par sa conception, le restaurant suit l'empreinte originale des premières demeures de caractère dotées de parquet. La salle à manger principale pouvant accueillir 38 personnes et le bar salon s'ouvrent sur le hall. Le carrelage original en mosaïque a été l'inspiration derrière la palette de couleurs monochromatiques chaude qui orne les finitions du VOLT. Un souper privé peut être organisé dans la véranda offrant une vue sur la grande cour. Le cuisine de 65 m2 peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes.

Poor service, made reservations, we were placed in the bar area with the sun glaring directly in our eyes. Drinks weren’t made properly, kept requesting a correction, nothing changed. Server was inattentive, the atmosphere was loud, and we were near the patio door with constant foot traffic. Food was cooked well, the chef has a great menu. Very distracting experience.

It was an amazing experience. We celebrated our 10th anniversary and the food and location was amazing. The wait staff was very on point all the time and treated us with such care it made our night feel very special. We felt the food which was served was done with so much care and the way it was plated was just like in the competitions that they compete on. Thank you for the great experience.

The food was very good. They were not able to make substitutions we requested at brunch and only had whole milk for coffee drinks which was a bit of a bummer, but the quality of the food was great. The service was well executed but the lack of flexibility on the menu was disappointing. I would go back. The place is beautiful and our hostess was super friendly.

Great place for an anniversary dinner. Nice, quiet, welcoming. We were seated In the kitchen where we could see the staff preparing the meals. The tasting menu and pairings were perfect. The pours on the pairings were generous which made everything that much better. The bill is always a little startling. But you get what you pay for and the generous pours on the pairings ensured I didn’t care too much.

This dinner was to celebrate our 55th anniversary. Starting with a cocktail (Dark Star) which was excellent, we shared our first and second courses to get a great sampling of the menu. This was followed by coffee and dessert. Our waiter, Steven, was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

We were seat immediately with our reservation. The waitress was prompt and very pleasant. She explained everything well. I had the tuna appetizer, which was amazing. The short rib was very tasty, though I thought the texture was a little mealy, which was mildly off-putting. But that's just me. It did melt in your mouth, though I like by beef a little chewier. But it did taste great. Overall, an excellent experience as usual.
