Service was slow, food was awful, didn't want to wait around for a manager since most of the staff seemed to want to just hang around and chat with each other. Saw two tables get up and leave because of slow service. Salad was way overdressed and soggy and not worth half of what we paid. Never going back.

Took them a long time to set up our table, even though we used open table to make a reservation 30 minutes in advance

Saturday evening reservation for 7pm. They promptly sat us which we were pleased with since both inner and outer lobby was "standing room" only. When we were shown our table we were surprised to see the large number of tables that were available...with that line up of folks why would they have empty tables? Our waitress was nice but appeared to need "roller skates" to keep up with the demands of customers. Food was "ok" nothing to write home about and barely warm when it arrived.Music was very loud...even my 94 yr old mother (who truthfully needs a hearing aid) complained at how loud it was. We are locals and now know why we had never stopped hear to eat before.
