   Worst opentable experience ever. Reservation was not honored, hostess was super rude and left my family scratching our heads. Never been treated this bad in all my years of dining. Don’t bother. Will never spend a dime at this place or any affiliates.

   I always get the small steak & veggies with a side salad & a glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc which I love. Surprisingly the steak did not taste great & was super small this time & had lots of inedible fat. The salad was tasteless. They stopped serving Sauvignon Blanc! My white wine spritzer was flat with no ice. On a more positive note, my kids loved the burgers & Mac cheese as usual & hubby enjoyed his fried shrimp. I hope they work on the steak quality & bring back Sauvignon Blanc.

   Only place open at 10 pm and we enjoyed it tremendously !!

   The order wasn’t correct the side dishes were in the wrong plate. I ordered a Black Russian only to get a cup full of lots of ice and in 3 straw pulls the drink was finished and also it was weak. I decided to order a martini since it was stronger only to be brought a martini in a regular glass wow everyone knows it goes in a martini glass and again very weak drink. Everywhere I go I have 2 drinks enough to was away the work week but at Friday’s I left the same way I came in I basically paid for 2 ice drinks absolutely will never order a drink there ever again

   Food quality was mediocre. Soup came out cool. Needed to send back. They just reheated the dish. Set back dirty spoon with heated soup caked on. Steak over cooked.

   Way too long a wait for food! Server never brought the rewards chips to us! :( The restaurant was not even very busy on NY Eve yet we waited 45 minuted to receive out appetizer order! We wanted to eat dinner but service was SLOW!!! Managers need to get things moving better. This is not the frist time this has happened. Drinks are very much watered down.

   Very busy night. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating. The kitchen got overwhelmed and caused major food delays. Other than that.. another night out.
