   Added name to wait list. Said was third in line. Saw hostess gave name, she said they had system issues. Then had to wait another 20-25 minutes to be seated. Sirloin steak wife said was very tough and gristly, Mac and cheese was Luke warm at best. Very disappointed with whole experience.

   When I got to the restaurant, I was informed that they were not accepting Open Table reservations because of it being Mother’s day. So we would’ve had to wait nearly an hour for a table. Thankfully there was enough room at the bar but it was very inconvenient. If their corporate office was gonna make that decision, they should’ve notified Open Table so that myself and others wouldn’t have been put in that situation.

   Tables around us stayed dirty throughout visit. Server seemed to not want to be there ... just tossed stuff on to table. Food was like warm like it sat in the window waiting for him to bring out

   Our did was not as ordered but the manager made it right and we ended up getting a great value.

   Everyone we encountered was wonderful!! They all went out of their way to make it a special evening for my son and his date that have special needs. Thanks Friday's staff!!!

   Under new management. Food arrived promptly but salmon was undercooked. Not all items received with order. Fried fish was over cooked. Disappointed. Will wait a few months before returning.

   I always use open table and love the app. For some reason TGI stated we did not show for our reservation. We did go and no one in restaurant at 7 pm and they sit 6 of us in a 4 person booth. Waitress was so nice and moved us. Hostesses not very good but waitress was amazing.

   Came for Wednesday night trivia with the family and had a blast. Guy who runs it did a fantastic job. Definitely coming back next week!

    My coworkers and I went for one of our coworkers last day and it took forever to get our food. The majority of our party had ordered salads. We had to pay our bills and change our food to go.
